Placed an online order at 3:53 PM on May 26. The app said my pizza was ready well before I arrived at 4:22. It was raining and a holiday, so I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just sitting there waiting. But when I walked in, all three employees(two men and a woman) were sitting down with nothing going on. My name wasn’t on the screen, and there were no orders on the racks. I asked about my pickup, and the manager, Tony, seemed confused and asked if I was sure I ordered from the right store. I live between two Domino’s, but I had already double checked both when I ordered and right before I got there. One employee finally got up to take something from the oven, and I was hoping mine was just running late, but it wasn’t. After a few minutes of confusion, Tony said a driver must have taken my carryout order by mistake and they had no idea when the driver would be back. The gentleman seated near the window didn’t move the whole time and didn’t seem concerned at all.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. If it were a one-off I could let it slide, but it’s part of a pattern. The lack of communication between the app, the kitchen, and the staff on-site is a real problem. No one knew where the order was, and no one took any real ownership of the situation. I left without my food and had to scramble to find something else for my kids, who didn’t want barbecue. From now on, I’ll go out of my way to the location on Castle Hills & TX-121 or just get Pizza Hut, which is literally a block away. At least there I know my order won’t just disappear. This location needs serious attention to training, communication, and overall...
Read moreI never leave reviews on anything but this Dominos location really is a huge let down. The first time I ordered from this dominos, not only did my order arrive extremely late, I did not receive the ranch or garlic sauce that I PAID for. I got over it as I know humans make mistakes and it wasn’t the end of the world. Tonight I just ordered a cheesy bread with garlic sauce and ranch because I had yet to get to try them. My order said it was delivered when it was indeed not. I tried calling the store multiple times and they let it ring until it hung up. So then I drove to the store to get a refund in hopes of some sort of solution and instead the manager had no good customer service and did not apologize for the miscommunication. Then I received my order and they gave me opened ranch that is not even dominos brand. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed. The cheesy bread also looked awful and was not cut at all. 0/10 for this location. I will never order from dominos again. I...
Read moreI ordered a pizza at 3:15 PM today from the Dominos at 3600 Communications Pkwy Ste 635 Plano TX 75093. The store marked the pizza Delivered approximately 15-20 minutes later. It was not delivered so I called the store to inquire. The man that answered the phone didn't even say hello Dominos or any greeting other than. "Are you calling because your pizza was marked delivered and you didn't get it?" I said yes. He said "yea I will be there in about 10 minutes" then hung up on me. I waited 15 minutes and called back and asked why they marked it delivered if the pizza wasn't delivered? He said "we don't have time to use the tracker when we are this busy." He said it will be there soon. I waited another 15 minutes and still no pizza. I called back and said I would like my money back and to cancel the order. He said ok great and hung up on me. This is horrible and the young man identified himself as the manager. Not a good look Dominos. This young man should be fired for the way I...
