Dough Bro's Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Plano

Ordered every one of the happy hour apps and some were better than others.

Loved the cheese sticks (basically a cheese pizza but w/o sauce). Mozzarella sticks are basically stuffed crust sticks since they use pizza dough not breading.

Calimari is great. Fries are like a cross between In-N-Out and steak and shake. Wings (garlic parm) were so crispy and good.

The $5 long islands are super strong and 💯/10.

Also got the mac and cheese calzone and it was SO good!!

Y'all are missing out if you don't give this place a chance.

Don't recommend the pizza dough bites though, they were meh. Oh and they didn't have zucchini...

Interesting little spot. The menu is somewhat limited but to be fair the server said they were still working on the concept and that a full menu should be available soon. This was in September 2023 so we will see. The app came quickly and was flavorful but the real highlight was the pizza. The crust is really good and the toppings are quality and they don't skimp on them. I will definitely be back to try more pizza and to see how this place evolves. My only knock is that it says online they serve fried mushrooms which...

I was here many times and ordered small pizzas and it was great. 12 inch pizzas. Then a week later I come back and order a small pizza…. It was tiny, smaller than 10 inches, I would say 6-8 inches at the maximum. Looks like a kids meal pizza. Smaller than my hand.

Oh and it was the price of their medium!

Absolutely terrible, and there were 3 people, it would have been obvious that the “small” pizza would be tiny for 3 people.

Staff just says “oh sorry, are you sure you ordered that small pizza a...
