First, I came to the store to buy the pearl milk tea and tried to enter my phone number for the rewards. However, the staff told me that the rewards program was not available due to corporate issues and could not earn points for the purchase. This was not true and they just did not want to have their customers earn the rewards and redeem points in the future because I went to a separate GongCha location and the rewards program worked perfectly fine there without any problems. Second, when I got my pearl milk tea, I drank it and tasted the pearl and noted that the pearls were not fresh, tasted like leftovers from a day before (because I have drank the pearl milk tea so many times from them and I know exactly what they taste like if the were made fresh) and when I asked the staff, the staff were really rude and very impolite and just took out the pearls without refund me the money for the pearls(because I already paid for the toppings). Terrible service and attitude!!! Will definitely not recommend...

Neither would load pictures or swap pages without forcing me to wait about a minute and a half.
Eventually managed to get our order added to cart, added card information 3 times as it kept deleting it. (Add Google or Apple pay, it's 2022 and if those fees are enough to sink your business, then you shouldn't be operating)
Finally submitted the order and began the drive after submitting email, phone number, then verifying both. (I thought they'd want fingerprints next, Jesus)
Started the drive and got a notification that the order was cancelled without explanation. That's what I get for trying to save the employees some time taking an order I guess 🤡.

Read moreThe owner was very rude. I was ordering next to the shield, he yelled at me to stand behind, that's fine I did that, he then yelled at me again to stand in the middle behind the shield. You don't talk to customers like that. It's post COVID now, you think the shield can block COVID? Hell no. You were wearing a cloth face mask, it makes no protection at all. The boba tea tasted okay, not the best and doesn't worth the price. There are so many boba tea places in the area, I'm definitely not coming back and not recommending it. Go somewhere else where owners don't talk rudely to you.
