When a coworker and I entered this Original Pancake House, there was an immediate allure that tantalizes not just our senses but also promised a culinary journey like no other. They did not just serve breakfast; they delivered an experience that truly made our morning extraordinary.
Beginning with their Breakfast Tacos, this dish is a testament to the harmony of flavors and precision in execution. The perfectly scrambled eggs, light and fluffy, were accompanied by crisp bacon that sang with saltiness and texture. The fresh tomatoes and onions added a splash of juiciness and zesty tang, offering the perfect counterbalance to the richness of the bacon and cheddar. Speaking of the cheddar, its melt-in-your-mouth quality melded seamlessly with all of the ingredients, cocooning them in a blanket of cheesy warmth.
The brilliant twist on the classic béarnaise, added a smoky heat left our palates dancing between spicy and creamy. Each bite was a journey, a delicious roller-coaster of flavors, proving once again that breakfast tacos are not just a meal, they are an emotion.
Just as we thought the experience could not be raised any further, the Apple Pancakes arrived, and oh, what a sight they were. These were not your run-of-the-mill pancakes; these were works of art. Oven-baked to perfection, the exterior had a gentle crispness, while the inside was a fluffy wonderland. The sautéed Granny Smith apples added a burst of tart sweetness, each bite transporting us to an orchard in peak apple season.
The pure Sinkiang cinnamon glaze elevated this dish to celestial heights. The aromatic, slightly spicy flavor of Sinkiang cinnamon fused with the sweetness of the glaze, creating a symphony of tastes that was both heartwarming and decadent.
This Original Pancake House is not just a breakfast spot—it is a culinary adventure, a homage to the power of fresh ingredients and innovative cooking. To anyone seeking a morning like no other, look no further. This place does not only satisfy your hunger; it...

My Spinach seemed slightly undercooked, but they had a Nice presentation. My Eggs a felt a little slimy or undercooked. My Meal feels wet, too watery, and could definitely use toast to seep up eggs. Maybe just too much hollandaise sauce. I think a well cooked egg without anything runny would have worked better. The Crepes felt undercooked and rubbery this time, I couldn't even finish it without feeling grossed out. My partner's Potatoes had an odd aftertaste.
Overall the food has gone a little downhill since a couple of years ago. I didn't even realize I had eaten here previously, so that's a disappointment. Especially for the price to portion ratio. The staff was attentive to a degree, but I do understand that we came when it was quite busy. We waited about 8-10 minutes for a seat. Much faster than the kiosk had anticipated. However, the table we had was small, and not much room to fit the plates of food.
I still prefer waffle House over this location.
Very delicious food ! I'm highly impressed. The crepes were super thin and adding maple syrup made it even better. The biscuits were buttery, flavorful and light and airy. The chicken sausages were WONDERFUL, juicy and way better than any sausage I've had. The Orange juice had some of the most sweetest oranges freshly squeezed. There is a lot of pulp so if you don't prefer that, you might ask to remove/strain it. The pecans on the maple banana pecan French toast reminded me of the state fair roasted candied cinnamon pecans. Sweet and nutty and just amazing ! Overall we are super satisfied with everything, just be sure to reserve a spot early or you'll be...

Quality ingredients make a huge difference. The bacon was the especially thick sort. It was the crunchy, salty, breakfast pork perfection of your dreams. The syrup was served warm and was also especially good - was it maple? If it was not, my wife, our desginated maple syrup officiando, could not tell. If it was real, there has been a huge missed opportunity for advertising.
I don't understand the butter which was somehow whipped, and spread nicely. The concern here is that it was not real butter. I can't say for sure, but my guess is that like the syrup, it was not real - but could have been. I'm Sensing a theme here, but our other dining neighbor had what looked like a glass of fresh squeezed OJ. Was is fresh squeezed or merely very good? Again, I could not tell by looking.
It was Saturday AM, and we hit peak breakfast rush. They were slammed. The waitress still took time to visit with us, check in with us, and make sure we were cared for. I have had better service, but it was in no way bad.
My food was good, but I had "order remorse" watching the Dutch baby being delivered to our excited dining neighbors. So much of the food coming out of the kitchen looked sincerely terrific that I deeply wished we lived close than 5 hours away.
This is the sort of breakfast place that does quality right. Or at least so close to "quality" that you might not care celebrated and enjoyed by all those fortunate enough to...
