I wanted to start by saying that the service was decent. The waitstaff was pretty nice, willing to answer any questions, kept our water cups full, made sure we had napkins and was patient with us. They didn’t rush us out whenever it was getting time to close either. No complaints about the service. It was pretty spacious inside with plenty of room. Parking however was lacking, as there is multiple businesses and not a super large parking lot to support them so you may be driving around for awhile to find a spot. It doesn’t help Fuzzy’s takes up a few of those spots with “take out only “.

They serve hot pot and Korean BBQ. There are many options for meats, and you can have 3 broths at a time for the hot pot. I feel like the hot pot was kind of pushed on us, as we didn’t expect to actually have it but it is included with the AYCE KBBQ, so we tried it. They definitely want you to get full off of that before the meat. Everything is priced reasonably for the amount you get.

They have kind of a sauce, salad and hot pot bar. You go there to get your vegetables, noodles and eggs for the hot pot. They have a good variety of sauces, vegetables and 3 noodle options which includes traditional instant ramen noodles, udon and other straight noodle (I think Soba?). However, we only wished they had more options for banchan.

With that being said, we noticed a lot of the “clean” plates had left over food and gunk on them. My husband had to dig through six plates to find a clean one. He even asked one of the staff if he was looking through the clean plates, and let them know that a lot were still actually dirty. I noticed this is a common thing with a lot of buffet type places lately.

The hot pot wasn’t necessarily our favorite part of the meal. Maybe it’s to taste, but my husband said to him the kimchi broth tasted/smelled like cigarette ash, the “beef” broth tasted more like chicken noodle soup and the shoyu didn’t taste like soy sauce or any of the broths he had before and he’s accustomed to eating a variety of asian cuisine. I personally thought the kimchi broth was a little too spicy for my liking, but that’s to taste. I typically eat a lot of kimchi and it seemed a bit spicier than usual.

The rice was very undercooked, and was very hard. It was hard to scoop with a spoon, and I definitely did not take more than 2 bites.

However, the KBBQ was fine and decent. We like the brisket the most, and it was the best part of the meal. If we come back to this location, we probably won’t get the hot pot again. But I think we will keep going to the Garland/Dallas location, as they seemed to have better quality control. Also, it is a closer location for us but we wanted to check out this one since we have been loyal long time customers of...

First time going here and had a terrible experience. Bad service and unsafe food quality. Will not be coming back. Went into the restaurant with friends and was seated by one of the employees. When we went ahead and got our food items, we sat down and began to eat. One of my friends found maggots in their broccoli so I went ahead and reported it to one of the employees. She didn’t really apologize about it. She just looked at it and showed this one tall guy with glasses that was standing at the register and he kept staring at my table during this. There was not a moment during our stay that they even came to apologize about what happened. They just kept staring at us and look away when we noticed them staring. They also kept looking at us knowing we needed our grill changed and our waters refilled but we had to ask for it to be done. It wouldve been very much appreciated if they took the time to apologize about it, but all we got were stares. About 30 minutes later, we went ahead and tried to get more broccoli (thinking they had changed it out since we found maggots) but when looking at it, we still found maggots in the broccoli so they did not throw away the broccoli from before! There were quite a bit of people eating there meaning they could’ve have been possibly consuming the broccoli with maggots if they got that item. I really don’t know why they couldn’t have apologized about the incident instead of just staring. Even more so, why did they not dispose of it knowing people were coming in and that there were maggots in it? We even had to ask for the check and when we paid and they brought it back, the male worker kind of rudely set it on the table and didn’t really say much to us. Was not welcoming at all. The picture I took was after we went to get the broccoli a second time to see if they disposed the old tray of broccoli. I am aware that these things may happen since mistakes happen, but at least apologize to customers and help fix the issue so no one can accidentally consume that. Don’t just awkwardly stare at them continuously and walk by weirdly. I highly recommend that you...

When I tell you guys you really get a bang for your buck here, I genuinely think that's the understatement of the year. Believe me when I tell you guys if you come into this establishment hungry, unless you have the stomach of Kirby, you will NOT leave here hungry. You are going to leave here satisfied at the very least or full depending on how much you can eat or why you want to come here such as a date night or for dinner or something like that. Now that we got that out of the way, allow me to tell you guys my experience.

When I tell you guys that I have only experienced a place like this only once, it became very apparent when I first came here with some friends. I was very lost and had no idea how the buffet worked or how cooking food worked or anything like that since I was very new to this. Thankfully, there was a very helpful staff that showed my friends and I how to cook hot pot, how the stove provided to you works, and were overall very attentive which was a huge plus. The food was unbelievably fresh and tasted fresh since you are quite literally in control of how your meat and vegetables are cooked. The quality of their selection was plentiful and had a pretty good variety so I was able to try a multitude of different selections despite only going here once. Walking into the establishment, it was very clean and had a fresh feel with the color scheme and their unique music taste of what's playing in the background. And to top it all off, the price is very fair considering it's maybe twice the price of something you'd see with a Golden Corral but is just as much, if not more, worth it entirely. I will definitely be coming here again and would love to be a regular here if I didn't live so far away from this establishment. Regardless, definitely worth your time and money and whether you want to try something new, eat a lot of good food, or just want to take your loved one or family out to eat, 5/5 would definitely recommend giving this...

Great experience! The customer service was great and the food was fresh and good quality! Personally don’t need the hot pot next time I come here however the kbbq alone was worth the all you can eat price! Very affordable option

NOTE: This is only a review of the all you can eat Korean BBQ. TLWR: On my scale of all you can eat KBBQ in Dallas, this place is the very bottom of my list. The only thing that makes this place worth it is their price. For good all you can eat KBBQ I prefer Omi, and for a similar distance I prefer Jin. Food: 2.5 out of 5 stars To give an overall sense of the food I will only talk about the 3 essential KBBQ items: kimchi, thick pork belly slices, and bulgogi. The kimchi was the worst kimchi I have ever had at a KBBQ place. It was extremely tangy and had no other flavor to it. It was okay once I had roasted it and used the meat to cover up the flavor. The pork slices were okay. They weren't the best cuts of pork but for the price point, I went complain. They were very satisfactory. The bulgogi was also fine. The thing that threw me off the most was the color as they were pale instead of that dark brown color you would expect from bulgogi. They tasted fine, a little bland, but palatable. The biggest problem I had was their lack of variety. One of the smallest selections of meat i have seen at an all you can eat KBBQ place, but I guess it makes sense at their price point. Service: 5 out of 5 stars The service was, surprisingly, outstanding. The waiters always came by at the perfect time to refill our water, change the grill pan, or check if everything was okay. I was blown away at how attentive our waitstaff was for this level of restaurant. Overall: Their price point was the only reason I would come here again. It was around $15 a person for just the Korean BBQ. I, for one, would prefer to spend a little extra and go to Jin instead, which has a larger variety and slightly better food.
