J's Donuts — Restaurant in Plano

I didn’t have a pleasant experience. I went this morning because it was close to me. After I gave the cashier my order, she kept saying the price is by the item. Which I understood but I had asked how maybe donuts holes equal out to the price listed. She finally told me a dozen. I asked for the receipt and she just looked at me in a you could have gotten it yourself manner, but there were about 10 other receipts attached. She charged me the amount of another kolache because I took some sugar to add on top of my donut. I feel she should have told me there was a price on sugar? At least before adding it on and noticing it after I paid for it. And she forgot to package my two Apple fritters that I had ordered. I absolute love the donuts here, they are hands down some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. But, I have been trying to get in contact with them since MONDAY to order custom donuts for a brunch I’m hosting (today is Saturday.) My profession requires me to be on calls also so I am unable to call them during their business hours. They have an after hours number on their website that I have called 3 times, left a voicemail and have now sent 5 texts to through the week (Website says call or text) I have also sent an email to the email listed on their website. I have not heard back at all. My advice: don’t have an after hours line if you’re not going to use it. I was able to get ahold of them today but got hung up on. What kind of customer service is that? So disappointed!!! Ordered birthday donuts for my friend on their website. Worried that they wouldn't be able to fulfill it as I ordered it the day before, I confirmed via text that they would be able to complete the request. I got the confirmation saying that it shouldn't be an issue. Happy, I confirmed I would see them the next day for the pickup. Only when I arrived this morning they cashier looked confused and denied having the order. He basically said there was nothing they could do. Did not offer to make it right or anything.
