Let me start by saying that I rarely give bad reviews. I’m a pharmaceutical representative who orders from these type of establishments almost every day, but I had the most disappointing experience at this Smoothie King location. The customer service was abysmal. When I, as someone not familiar with their menu, asked for assistance, I received nothing but indifference from the staff. They seemed disinterested in helping me make a the correct selection, which was for a prominent doctors office near their location. The utter rudeness left me frustrated and disappointed. In my line of work, I value efficient and friendly service, but this experience fell far short of my expectations. I can confidently say that I will never patronize this Smoothie King location again. It's crucial for businesses to recognize the importance of welcoming and assisting all customers, and make them feel appreciated especially when spending over $100. This establishment failed in that regard, and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service...
Read more!!!! there should be a rating of less than 1-star. ! I was ROBBED by this vendor. This is no way to treat a VET that served over 30years for this Country. Store owners like this should be put out of business. I got two-16oz drinks and one-40oz upon which the receipt shows $21.62. However upon checking my smoothie rewards and bank statements. I was fraudulently charged to the tune of $90.54. This was brought to the attention of Jana and her male colleague. They called Aunty Bobbie the owner who verbally said over the phone our money would be refunded in 24hrs. That was 3days and a few followup calls ago. I have heard NOTHING BACK...the drinks were lackluster at best. I AM SO DONE WITH "AUNTY BOBBIES SMOOTHIE KING"..words...
Read moreI went to this location last night and wanted to use my E-Gift card (the same E-Gift card I used last year and at the same location-different staff); however, the employee told me he cannot take E-Gifts and I would need to download the Smoothie King app. I explained to him I’ve used an E-Gift before and did not have an issue. I decided not to purchase anything & leave to go to another Smoothie King location (about 2 miles away) and I was able to use my E-Gift card there. It was an inconvenience due to leaving the Parker Rd/ Communications Pkwy Smoothie King, just to go to a different one and get the E-gift scanned. This location need to upgrade their system or something. I will not go back to this...
