REVISED 06-22-2023 Met with Nicholas Bradshaw at one of the other stores. The store we met at is also under his management is one of the best stores in the area. The difference in quality of staff and engagement with customers is striking. After meeting with Nicholas, I believe that he has the skills and ability to correct the deficiencies at the Spring Creek store. I look forward to going back after he is indicated that he has done with appropriate training and remediation. I am adding one star back because we had a meaningful dialog.

Revised 6-18-2023 NOT RECOMMENDED Although I visit Starbucks coffee between four and six times a week, this particular location has more often than not been disappointing. Yesterday it was shockingly bad. There is no circumstance that I can find that can compel me to return to this particular store. I’m angry, upset and unhappy. Their people were not kind they were rude and it wasn’t necessary. this is a relationship that could have been salvaged and everything could have turned out beautifully but the staff is not well trained and not nice! All you’ve got to do is smile! Start with that please.
This Starbucks store is managed by Nicholas Bradshaw. I have found the staff to be seriously needing retraining. I still have not received a call back although messages were left. At this point, I don’t really want to speak to Nicholas Bradshaw. My experiences at his store continues to be this dramatically bad.
I would share how many times per week that I go to Starbucks but it’s actually insane. It’s embarrassing. It’s also ending. I’m done. Finished. Disgusted.
I Have no desire to return. I have been using my balance to purchase gift cards and handing them to homeless or random people. Maybe they can at least get some food.
I was a Starbucks zealot. This is no more.

Staff was friendly and tea order (which was non-standard) was correct.
Still, no greeting. Store was not busy at the time. Slow to counter to take order. Public areas like bathroom and tables needed attention. A little love here could go a long way. Wanted to give a much higher rating but it wasn't warranted.
Standard Starbucks fare without exceptional service / greeting or prerequisite cleaning. Not certain but don't believe I received a thank you either.

Read moreAs a current barista myself, this starbucks is borderline horrible. The products are delicious but the customer service was atrocious. My group of three walked in on a slow sunday where there were three gals working. We waited at the register for a good few minutes before getting taken care of. The one who took our order was fast and efficient but almost too rushed. She seemed a little annoyed which i get since work isn’t always fun. After taking our order, one girl proceeded to throw one of our drinks on the counter without even saying the name. then another girl got out another drink, then the last while calling out some random name. It was in fact my order though not under the name we gave so we took it. we had everything besides our banana bread so we waited at the same counter for a while. No one said anything to us so we decided to ask if we could get the bread, which they said yes. When they brought it we had asked for napkins because there wasn't any stocked in the holder. one gal said i can get you some but walked off to the drive through and never came back. we asked the original gal that took our order and she walked off to the back and brought us back two. Not to mention the bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper. Besides our bread, our orders were perfect and were made fast, but never underestimate customer service. Read moreI got there during rush hour and was fully aware that it was going to be busy. Place was packed which is not unusual for the location it was at. I ordered my drink at 5:56pm and sat down near where they set the drinks to get picked up. I was waiting for a friend to get out of class so I was not in any hurry to leave so I just sat and chilled on my phone. I kept looking to see if my drink had come out but it still hadn't so finally at 6:28pm I went up to the counter to let them know. I waited for one of the employees to notice me and when they did, I told them I still hadn't gotten my drink that I ordered 30 minutes ago. She said Ok and that it would be out in a couple minutes. I wasn't upset at all because it was busy and sometimes people forget cause we're human. I sat down again and waited for my drink to come while I watched other customers come in, order, get their drinks, and leave. At 6:50pm, I went back to the counter ready to ask them if they could refund me my money because I just wanted to leave at this point. Barista guy with a beard looked over and asked if my drink was the Tall salted caramel frappuccino and I said yes. He said that he was making it now and had it ready for me in about 30 seconds. He said " Sorry for the wait," and informed me that he gave me a Grande instead of a Tall. I would understand that if I had waited 15-20 minutes for my drink but an HOUR! Ridiculous.
