Panda Express — Restaurant in Plano

Tonight my wife ordered panda express for us, normally my experience at this location is great but tonight I'm highly disappointed. Our order was completely wrong and the soda we ordered was flat because it was out but no one bothered to telling the grub hub driver that! When my wife went to take our order back she witnessed the workers using food containers that ALREADY HAD FOOD IN IT, JUST EMPTY THE FOOD OUT AND PUT DIFFERENT FOOD IN IT . THATS NOT FOOD SAFETY AT ALL. and when my wife told the manager on duty Emily she didn't do anything about it or even seem to care. I dont know about anyone else but i have food allergies and i could get sick from someone being so careless. My wife ordered food because I'm sick and unable to be mobile so we had it delivered. Moral of the story is ill never go back to this location again! Poor accountability, poor training, poor customer service. And I've been a general manager for serval years with no guest complaints this is sad how this situation...

Service here is just IMPECCABLE! I love my chow mein and so when I walked in to see the chow mein bowl lacking in noodles, I was a bit disappointed to come in at "the wrong time." But nevertheless, I don't like inconveniencing anyone so I was going to order it anyway.

However, as soon as the lovely Asian auntie named Churee came up to me to take my order, it's like she read my mind and just asked me if I'd like to wait 8 minutes to get a fresh batch of chow mein coming out instead of what was currently left. NEVER have I been asked this and other locations just scoop up what's left (more oil and veggies, than noodles).

Then, as we were going to sit down to wait, Churee asked if we would like a cup of water while we wait. THIS level of service is something EVERY restaurant should strive for. This entire interaction made my night and even if it's a fast food restaurant, this specific place is somewhere I'd love to...

Good food & Service.

Came here in the middle of the week for quick pick up lunch & was not disappointed. The staff immediately greeted me with warm welcome & taking my order.

I ordered 1/2 Fried Rice 1/2 Chow Mein, Walnut Shrimp, Teriyaki Chicken & Chicken Egg Roll. I was in and out of restaurant within 3 minutes. At the register the cash register was friendly and took the time to ask if I’d like to make $1 charity donation which I was happy to help and they took the time to ring the bell and make a big deal about it, fun atmosphere. Even staff member on their lunch break took the time to stop and say thanks, great service! 😁

Food was fresh & delicious, very fulfilling. If you’re looking for lunch the staff here care about customer experience and it shows in the quality of their food as well. Keep up the good work & great customer...
