The food was not very good. To start off the lemonade which they charge you extra for has barely any lemon flavor and is incredibly bland. There is no sweetness or tartness that you would expect a lemonade to have. The chicken tenders were not too good. There was no crisp on the tenders and one tender was smaller than my thumb. Not much seasoning on its own and feels like it needs sauce. If someone brought canes chicken tenders to a party, they would never be invited again. The fries lacked any seasoning at all and tasted like straight potatoes and oil. The fries were also not very crispy and were very soggy making me question how long it’s been since my food was made. After eating the fries and chicken tenders I genuinely have suspicions on whether there is any seasoning in that kitchen. Some salt would have helped but there was none of it. I usually enjoy the toast at Canes but it was soggy today but still okay. The only positive at this place is the sauce. They would most likely have the same amount of customers if sauce was the only thing on the menu. Overall this was not very good and I genuinely struggled to finish my food after my sauce was completed. I also had to add seasoning to my fries which ruins the purpose of me buying food if it’s up to me to make it edible. Will not be coming again!

I love Cane’s as I used to work for the company for 2 years. However, I have been to this location numerous times and I order everything extra crispy every time. It is almost never extra crispy. Extra crispy means you put the chicken and the fries back into the fryer for about a minute and a half. Or leave fresh chicken and fries down for a little bit longer. My chicken is soggy and the breading is falling off and the fries are squishy. I understand the importance of trying to get the cars bumped within 2 minutes but I just paid $12.97 for a box combo and a honey mustard. I know it takes a little extra time but I want my meal the way I like it if I’m paying that much. You used to be able to get a box combo for $9 and some change. I keep coming back to Cane’s chasing the extra crispy deliciousness that I know they’re capable of. Almost makes me want to hop back in the kitchen on bird and do it myself.

I want to preface this review by saying how much I love eating at Cane's! I always order the three-finger combo and sub the toast for an extra sauce because the sauce is just SO good. Unfortunately, I am disappointed in the lack of fries that I received in my to-go order last Friday. This was a very sad amount of fries that barely filled up half of the section of the to-go box that they were placed in. This is the second time that this has happened to me in a to-go order at this location. I have eaten in the restaurant and ordered the same thing many times before, and I get almost twice the amount of fries when I dine in! Next time I need to order to-go, I would appreciate knowing that I will receive the same amount of fries as I would if I were to dine in!

Every single time I have come to this location they mess up my order or are extremely rude or both. I keep giving this location a try in hopes that maybe I just kept getting newbies but unfortunately this location keeps disappointing me.

Tonight I sat in line for almost 20 minutes and then when I ordered my food the drive through person repeated everything to me and it was correct, I'm like awesome thank you so much and pull to the pay window where the person tells me my order and then just hands me my food and tells me to have a good night and shuts the window as I'm trying to tell him that he forgot my two large coke zeros. Finally after yelling at the window he looks over, rolls his eyes and I tell him he forgot my drinks. Then he looks at the receipt and it says box combo, no drink, extra toast/box combo, no drink.

What I actually ordered and had repeated back to me by 3 separate employees was two box combos both with large coke zeros, both no slaw, one with extra fries and one with extra sauce. Tell me how this continues to happen. I understand that when it gets busy that it's hard to keep up but when you literally repeat it back and somehow STILL mess it up, that's incredibly frustrating.

Good luck is all I can say if you go to...

The drive-thru line was long and moving slow on 10/13/24 around 6:35 pm. Finally got the the 1st window and the cashier called out 2 different orders which were not mine. I told him the correct order and paid. The receipt he handed me was correct. Drove to 2nd window and saw I received the wrong order after a quick glance. I let him know I’m missing a Canes aside and there’s one too many coleslaws. He handed me a sauce and I drove off. Got to my destination and saw the entire order is wrong. I know things happen but I’m writing a review so they can pay more attention. Never know when someone spent their last money on a meal and it’s wrong. That wasn’t the case today but it was a big inconvenience. I wanted to eat in the car while waiting to pick up my daughter from a birthday party. Got back in line to have order corrected/refund. This also took too long just to get to the window and be told I have to park and wait on a manager to come out. Ughhhh! I just want to return the food she get my money back. Ended up going inside b/c the...
