This place left a bad taste in my mouth considering this was our first time trying it while visiting Plano for the first time too. I simply ordered a mango Oolong tea with no boba. That’s it. The guy who took the order was fidgeting with the register and kept telling me to hold on while I kept repeating the order to him after he kept asking for it at the same time. So, as confused as he was, I kept telling him what I wanted until he supposedly got it.I repeated my order one ingredient at a time so that he can play catch up. Evidently he still wasn’t listening because when I finally received my drink it was incorrect. Ok no big issue, I had a feeling it would’ve been but that’s fine. I simply asked if they can remake it based on what I asked for (Mango. Oolong Tea. No Boba) He paused and gave me the dirtiest look I’d ever received, and told me I didn’t order what I had said I did. I politely rebuked it and told him that he kept telling me to hold on mid order while I was ordering and so he may have missed everything I told him. He said ā€œno, you didn’t order that.ā€ I once again said I’m positive I did. I order the same drink at every boba tea place I go to — like it’s ingrained in my conscious to order the same damn thing. I drink tea addictively nearly every day. The drink maker behind the counter said it’s no worries I’ll remake it. The guy turned to her and started arguing and then switched over to speak Tagalog and kept pointing at me. At this point I’m like, what the hell? She handed me the drink and I just walked out while the guy kept yelling in Tagalog. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve given this place 1 star but she was kind enough to just remake the drink I actually asked for initially at...

Totally delicious Filipino foods and snacks. However, it’s not the food are our issue but the male cashier.

We have been going there several times when we walked in towards the cashier to pick up our online orders, the male cashier said that it should be ready shortly. Based from the time of pickups, we arrived on time. We waited and noticed that the male cashier has been taking care of the orders from the customers that just arrived. I started asking the male cashier, he kept saying it should be ready shortly. Another group of customers and a two customers who are together arrived and the male cashier called on giving the one order from the group. The other customer that was behind us got her orders.

Gee, is this a first come first serve basis cafe or is it who you know and less order? When I stood up after three times being told by the male cashier that it should be ready shortly, I saw our order has been sitting there??? Really???

Again, is this a first come first serve basis or if you know who’s the cashier, you’ll be taking care of right away?...

The streetfood platter was lackluster in taste especially for $7.32. The Street food platter contained Kikiam was disgusting. The lighter white-ish colored ball was not bad and the other other ball that looked mercury red wasn't very good.

The Beef Pares was not tasty and actually left a very bad and weird flavor in my mouth. They don't give you that much for $14.65. I had to add my mother's delicious stew sauce over the whole meal that I was given to make the Beef Pares edible. I really don't know what thing they put it in to turn me off so badly to it.

I ordered a Coconut Cream Thai milk tea for $6.98. This is one of the more disappointing orders of milk tea. The foam at the top was bland instead of delicious and creamy. Overall it was just ok and I didn't really get too much coconut from the taste...

I love everything about this shop. Literally everything. I didn't know what to order when I walked in and the gal that took my order was super helpful. I asked her what she recommended for a pretty drink and she told me the Okinawa Milk Tea! She was so right! It was super pretty but also super delicious! It tasted kind of like brown sugar milk tea and that's one of my favorite flavors. Their menu features so many interesting items that I can't wait to try! I can guarantee I'll be back for more because you just can't find customer service like what they offer there. Everyone was just so friendly and the atmosphere was great and the inside decor was super cute! I'm definitely going to try the Arroz Caldo and the Buko Pandan drink when I go back!

Beef Pares was ok. The portion doesn’t justify its $12+ price. The Pares’ tastes is not the Pares I remember The napkin we were given is one each, which is typical for a Filipino restaurant in the Philippines. Sago’t Gulaman and the Buko Pandan drinks were above average. I’d check out other Filipino restaurant in the area before paying for their $12+ Pares. The service was below standard. I ordered two Pares but the cook forgot to bring mine out. I had to remind the cashier for mine before the realized she needed to cook for one more. Granted she apologized but it was just me and my wife who ordered.
