The bells sweet factory — Restaurant in Plano

This was my first time going. I truly didn't know what to expect. A friend told me she saw The Bells Sweet Factory video on Tiktoc. She proceeded to show me some amazing pics of the diffrent dishes. On arriving too the address after a 40 minute drive i was looking for the establishment and to my surprised it is a food truck Blue in color .I must say I was pleasantly surprised. And the pics where excellent but didn't do the food any justice...The Food was Damitious... let me explain....Damn Delicious lol I was just blown away. I had the pasta with grilled shrimp, lobster, and crab meat. It was just beyond amazing 👏🏾. And it was exceptionally made and seasoned once i ordered it. Understand this to me is truly a win win situation. I had no problem paying a prime price none what so ever.. the service food quality for me are well worth the price. I highly recommend this food truck and it's the first I have been there..I was also told a Brick and mortar establishment is in the near future and I'm looking forward to returning to the food truck and eventually to the Brick and mortar once they have it up and running. Once again if you want simple and cheap sea food this is not that and keep looking. If you want quality and excellent sea food cuisine understand the prices for the food are very reasonable compared to NYC. To me like I said earlier prime prices for excellent cuisine... Understand i get what I want. And I added plenty and I'm truly glad i did. And will be doing so next time I go which will be very soon. If you think you've had good family sea food? Think again.. and come on down to The Bells...

It just started to rain close to 5:30 pm yesterday Saturday evening when I arrived for my 1st visit. The rain started pouring and got cold by the time I parked. I saw no other customers around except one leaving. I wasn’t sure if they were closing down early considering the weather escalating and nearing 6 pm close time. So, I sat in my car with my windows fogging up about to leave. Then a very friendly sweet lady came to my car asking me if I wanted to order and to get out of my car as she shared her umbrella with me in the cold windy pouring rain. I got my umbrella out of the trunk but it wouldn’t open. When we got to the food truck, she offered to exchange umbrellas as she opened mine while I ordered.

I ordered the soul food stuffed fish but they ran out of collard greens. I asked to substitute greens for potatoes but was told that wouldn’t match well. I was advised to get double yams or double mac-n-cheese. I’ve never been too much of a yams person because most time it’s too sugary. I left it up to the lady taking my order to choose the better option. If I had known how good their mac-n-cheese is, I would’ve opted for double instead of being given double yams.

Anyways, I loved the food and hospitality. I asked them to make me return. And that they did. I can’t wait to return. But next time, I’ll hopefully return early before the collards are gone and order the “build a plate” to include...

I wanted this to work out so bad.. I ordered weight loss meal prep twice from them and this last time they gave me 5 plates of chicken and candied yams.. super syrupy candied yams. Then when I asked about it they told me sweet potatoes are weight loss.. sweet potatoes are but candied sugary sweet potatoes are not. I spent about $426 with them in the last few days and this is what I get. Never again. The owners mom and the little boy were nice when I visited the food truck. Why is it so hard to find a place with good quality and good customer service. Instagram tricked me for the last time… what a waste.

The owner texted me about my review…. if any of yall are accepting CANDIED yams for WEIGHTLOSS meal prep.. you might as well go eat a hamburger and fries.. matter of fact that would probably help you better than CANDIED yams; get a shake too. Honestly I shouldn’t have ordered again after the first time.. they said it be ready at 5 and sent a location then when I texted to pick it up told me it be ready after 6.. I waited went to the location then they casually told me it was at another location across town.. granted they sent me the first location.. barely even apologized. I’ll be going back to Factor.. better meals, healthy selections and most importantly professionalism… it’s cheaper too...
