The food looks exactly like their photos. Taste even better. Yakitori is a must. Karage is amazing too.
Update: it was originally a 5 stars establishment. However I have been going more often lately. The quality has gone down drastically. The portion and taste of karage has not been the same. It was my favorite dish to get, however it's been dry and chewy (rubbery) the last few times I have ordered. And the counter person (young girl with a long ponytail) had been careless and would let my food sit in the counter for minutes without calling out the order number, unless I walked up to her to ask if that was my order. Quite disappointing to see a business going downhill this quickly.

The Una-ju eel bowl is a misrepresentation of what is in the menu. I’d gladly pay a little more for more eel or pay less for what it is. The picture makes it seem like the eel covers the bed of rice but then you get four pieces… sad!
I rarely complain but I asked about this and they looked at me like nothing was wrong. It is pointless to say anything as they won’t exchange or refund anything.
Something about this place seems off compared to what I know about Japanese culture. I’m going to avoid for a season and then try again. Hopefully they get it...
