I have been going to this location for years and most of the times have had a great experience. The new cashier at the drive-thru window in the morning needs to slow down a little, listen and take orders correctly. This is not the first time I have noticed this rush attitude like she is trying to meet quota then providing great customer service.
Finally, yesterday morning she got my order wrong after I repeated it to her twice. Another young lady who seems to be the Manager tried to correct the bill but end up overcharging me. I decided to park and stepped into the store to resolve this matter. The same young lady who tried to correct the bill at the window but overcharged me had an attitude when I consulted with her in the store advising that I was overcharged. Please note, I was calm all the way through this process because I know mistakes happen. She eventually provided me with a credit but it came with an attitude. Even when I expressed my appreciation for the credit she still responded with an attitude stating "do worry about it" as though I am the one at fault. Got my credit receipt and waiting for it to register on my bank account. If not, I will be making further complaints.

I asked for no sugar in my coffee, and when I pulled up in the window, she said, "You asked for no sugar, right?" I told her yes, no sugar. She then told me oh alright we didn't put sugar in the coffee and proceeded to give it to me. I regret leaving right away but was in a hurry, so when I tried it, it was so sweet it was nasty. I regret not getting her name and speaking with a manager about it. She lied about what was in the coffee, I could probably sue her or dunkin' for that, but it's not a big of a deal. It's a waste of time and I'm not the type of person to hold a grudge. Be warned, check your drinks and food before leaving the drive thru!!! This happened around 6 pm on Nov.13 Literally these employees can endanger someone with an allergy or medical condition for lying about what's in a drink/food. If this proceeds, I see a lawsuit...
Read moreToday, April 16, 2022, about 4:11pm my daughter and I were in the drive thru where we were greeted by a very disrespectful employee. I believe he was the manager. He had an attitude as we were ordering. When we got up to the window to pay, he handed us the wrong food and proceeded to argue with us that that was our order. Eventually he gave us the right one. However, he did not give us our change. He then throws a dollar out of the window, and tells another employee to close the window on us and he says to get out of his drive thru.We go there almost every morning on the way to our office but after this encounter I will never spend another dime at this place.The ignorant manager on the window should be terminated and the girl that he instructed to close the window in my face should be as well.This saddens me because I have also ordered food from there for my company meetings but...
