I recently had the pleasure of getting takeout here, and let me tell you—it was a delightful experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat.

Portabello Burger: As a fan of mushrooms, I couldn't resist trying the Portabello Burger. The juicy portabello mushroom cap was perfectly grilled and nestled between two fluffy buns. The combination of flavors—savory, earthy, and slightly smoky—was a true delight.

Original Char Burger: My son opted for the classic Original Char Burger. The flame-grilled patty was cooked to perfection, with a satisfying char on the outside and a juicy center. The toppings—crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and tangy pickles—added just the right amount of freshness.

Original Doubled Char: My boyfriend's choice, the Original Doubled Char, was a carnivore's dream. Two juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and all the fixings—need I say more? It was hearty, flavorful, and utterly satisfying.

My Sides: Fries/Onion Ring Combo: I couldn't decide between fries and onion rings, so I went for both! Crispy golden fries and perfectly battered onion rings—each bite was a crispy delight.

Parmesan Fries: These were a game-changer! The Habit takes their fries up a notch by generously sprinkling them with grated Parmesan. The result? Irresistibly cheesy, crispy fries that disappeared way too quickly.

The restaurant itself was pristine—a new and clean establishment that exuded a welcoming vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about our dining experience.

This place is relatively new and not that far from where we live. As you would expect it was very clean, but of course as i said it is new. The bin to put your trash in after eating was full and we only just managed to get ours in before it would spill out. That said maybe it was just a one off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered one chicken sandwich and one burger char-grilled with two lots of fries. We had to wait for the order, presumably to be made. The wait was not over long. However both the chicken and the burger were not hot, warm at best. Neither had any taste of being char-grilled. The fries, although hot were drenched in salt, so much so we found ourselves trying to shake them individually before eating. There are lots of choices in this area to eat burgers and I see no reason why you would choose this place above others. I have eaten char-grilled burgers where you can taste the char-grill effect. We was hoping for more of a Fuddruckers, but don't expect that here. We gave it 3 stars, but perhaps 2.5 would have been more the mark. If you are going to specialize in burgers then your food needs to stand out from the crowd, this did not. I was here two weeks ago for a pick up order. My husband just had a surgery procedure that morning. Because of the timing when he could eat solid foods, the kitchen couldn't fulfill a cheeseburger order. All he wanted was a cheeseburger. There was a McDonald's across the street and a checkers nearby. But I drove 15 minutes to come here because I thought I would be getting quality food. I brought it back to the hospital, the burger was dry, dry, dry. They overcooked it. It had no juice to it. The fries tasted like there were just thawed out, not cooked. I tried calling to voice my concerns and I had to reach out via their website. I could not speak to a manager . When I did receive a call back , I was not available to talk so I was left a voicemail. I couldn't call back . But they wanted to send me coupons ? Maybe the next day I would have came by for them to redo the order because he wasn't being discharged yet. But I could only wait via corporate email for a response. I got a response a week later. I really just wanted my money back. No one should pay for food they couldn't eat. I could have went to McDonald's and it would have been better and saved me the time + gas. I don't even live near this burger place. A coupon is not going to make me come back. What terrible...
