If I could give negative stars I would. The order I received was for another person. I’m totally fine with that. We all make mistakes. I tried to call and the automated system directed me to an email with a support link. Fine. Except I never got the email. I FINALLY found another link on the app and it directs me to a page where it asks for the order confirmation number located in the email I NEVER RECEIVED! I tried calling back multiple times with different prompts to speak with a person and when I am eventually able to speak with one I ask to speak with a manager, they only had a temporary manager at the time of my call, and explain the situation to her and she is extremely rude, speaking over me and cutting me off. Apparently to even get a refund I need the order number. If it is so important, why is that not linked to the order in the app? It’s their app. In the end she said their GM was out of town out the moment and I asked her to take down my number and have them call me when they returned and she HUNG UP ON ME! I tried to be very polite throughout the conversation. I never made any accusations against her or blamed her or her location. I don’t truly believe they were at fault. It’s the way the company has their system set up, this is not the first problem I’ve had with them but the others, while annoying, we’re resolved. But then she hung up on me. That is entirely on her. It was a choice she made and if that is the level of customer service available at this location I am appalled. I have now spent over an hour trying to get this problem resolved. Update: 1/11/2025 On 01/11/2025, we purchased several meals from your establishment, one of which was paid for using a gift card. Unfortunately, the meal purchased by my wife was found to contain a hair embedded within it. In an effort to address this issue professionally, we promptly contacted Chipotle's customer service through the official website. As part of the inquiry, my wife was asked to provide the order ID, which I retrieved from the confirmation email. All relevant documentation, including photographic evidence of the contamination, has been preserved. Regrettably, despite our efforts to resolve this matter directly with Chipotle, we have received no response or resolution. This lack of acknowledgment has left us no choice but to escalate the issue by presenting it on public forums in the hope that someone will address our concerns and rectify the situation. It is neither fair nor acceptable to expect customers to pay for food that is inedible due to such contamination. Given Chipotle's unwillingness to resolve this matter, I will be reporting this incident to all appropriate regulatory bodies, including the Department of Health, to ensure this issue receives the attention it warrants. I trust that Chipotle will take this matter seriously and respond promptly to make amends.

Read moreThis is the one Chipotle I don't like to go because customer service is terrible there but, is on my way home and I worked till 10pm today, I am tired and was hungry. My son placed the order on the app and it was supposed to be ready at 10pm. I got there at 10:12pm and approached the guy in charge or the orders to go, he was already cleaning the area, as I started telling him I had an order he did interrupt me telling me the guys at the front counter were doing everything. I waited there as more people were arriving to pick up orders, when they finally start calling people at 10:28 pm I see everybody leaving with their orders and no one calls my order so I go back to the counter and ask the person at the register, he asks me for the confirmation order screen shot, when I show it to him and he realized my order was there all the time he just faced another customer and throws the order on my way without even looking at me or apologize for the time they made me wait. I tell him, you just made me wait half hour for your poor communication skills, thank you and leave. He got the audacity to to reply: you're welcome. My son tells me they didn't add the guac in his bowl and the beans tasted like water... Are we sure this location is part of the franchise?
