Excellent food, and fast service. This is a great alternative to fast food junk. Update: 1/11/2025 On 01/11/2025, we purchased several meals from your establishment, one of which was paid for using a gift card. Unfortunately, the meal purchased by my wife was found to contain a hair embedded within it. In an effort to address this issue professionally, we promptly contacted Chipotle's customer service through the official website. As part of the inquiry, my wife was asked to provide the order ID, which I retrieved from the confirmation email. All relevant documentation, including photographic evidence of the contamination, has been preserved. Regrettably, despite our efforts to resolve this matter directly with Chipotle, we have received no response or resolution. This lack of acknowledgment has left us no choice but to escalate the issue by presenting it on public forums in the hope that someone will address our concerns and rectify the situation. It is neither fair nor acceptable to expect customers to pay for food that is inedible due to such contamination. Given Chipotle's unwillingness to resolve this matter, I will be reporting this incident to all appropriate regulatory bodies, including the Department of Health, to ensure this issue receives the attention it warrants. I trust that Chipotle will take this matter seriously and respond promptly to make amends. Update: 1/29/2022 A staff member was observed handing money and customer food items without changing gloves. Luckily he moved away from the pick up food station before our second order was completed. However, this is a huge concern.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Eating at the restaurant is not a bad experience. But their DELIVERY is the most unprofessional thing ever. Apr 18th I ordered two bowls, got one. I thought it was some kind of mistake with Uber Eats, called them and was refunded (first pic). Receipt is for two bowls. My wife didn't had lunch. Apr 20th, my wife still wanted texmex food, and I decided to give Chipotle another chance. However got it directly from their website (which I later knew it goes through Doordash). Again, got one bowl, driver said that's what he got from the restaurant. Called Chipotle and asked them to come pick the bowl, and give me my money back. They said the restaurant messed up two orders with the same name (but not last name and address, phone number, email, etc... unprofessional), and that's why we got a bowl instead of two. Now I'll get the money back in 5-7 days.... They can charge you in seconds but return your money, just when they freaking want. Ok Chipotle, you win. I'll never order anything with you. Nor in one of your restaurants nor delivery.

It sucks that the quality is this bad now. Why would a burrito double the price be half the size? When you try to call the restaurant you get put on an automated loop and can't actually speak to anyone. So we are going back so they can fix it. This place needs to do better before they are shut down for good. RIP the quality Chipotle used to be. Went from my favorite fast place to grab dinner to a teenage ran, no supervision nightmare. This location needs Chef Ramsey and a prayer. Son waited 35 minutes for a pick up order after due time. We order all the time and they are usually a little late. Today was just incredibly inconvenient. When I called to just cancel the order and be refunded, you can't get a human. I support their price increases with inflation, but the service keeps declining and waiting 40 min for 1 burrito is just not going to work out.

If I could give negative stars I would. The order I received was for another person. I’m totally fine with that. We all make mistakes. I tried to call and the automated system directed me to an email with a support link. Fine. Except I never got the email. I FINALLY found another link on the app and it directs me to a page where it asks for the order confirmation number located in the email I NEVER RECEIVED! I tried calling back multiple times with different prompts to speak with a person and when I am eventually able to speak with one I ask to speak with a manager, they only had a temporary manager at the time of my call, and explain the situation to her and she is extremely rude, speaking over me and cutting me off. Apparently to even get a refund I need the order number. If it is so important, why is that not linked to the order in the app? It’s their app. In the end she said their GM was out of town out the moment and I asked her to take down my number and have them call me when they returned and she HUNG UP ON ME! I tried to be very polite throughout the conversation. I never made any accusations against her or blamed her or her location. I don’t truly believe they were at fault. It’s the way the company has their system set up, this is not the first problem I’ve had with them but the others, while annoying, we’re resolved. But then she hung up on me. That is entirely on her. It was a choice she made and if that is the level of customer service available at this location I am appalled. I have now spent over an hour trying to get this problem resolved. I don’t understand how every other company has a delivery system that works, even if it goes through a third party,...

This is the one Chipotle I don't like to go because customer service is terrible there but, is on my way home and I worked till 10pm today, I am tired and was hungry. My son placed the order on the app and it was supposed to be ready at 10pm. I got there at 10:12pm and approached the guy in charge or the orders to go, he was already cleaning the area, as I started telling him I had an order he did interrupt me telling me the guys at the front counter were doing everything. I waited there as more people were arriving to pick up orders, when they finally start calling people at 10:28 pm I see everybody leaving with their orders and no one calls my order so I go back to the counter and ask the person at the register, he asks me for the confirmation order screen shot, when I show it to him and he realized my order was there all the time he just faced another customer and throws the order on my way without even looking at me or apologize for the time they made me wait. I tell him, you just made me wait half hour for your poor communication skills, thank you and leave. He got the audacity to to reply: you're welcome. My son tells me they didn't add the guac in his bowl and the beans tasted like water... Are we sure this location is part of the franchise? So, if you want to visit a place were the employees make you feel they are doing you a favor, yes go to this Chipotle and live the most wonderful experience,...
