McDonald's — Restaurant in Plantation

Let me start off by saying I went there on Sunday February 5,2023 around 2pm I believe, I was with my grandson and my Mother and we went in because the drive through was packed. We place an order a kids meal and a Nugget meal. We waited for our meal for about 20-25 mins, others were walking in and out receiving their orders. This woman with piercings all over her face and let me stop and say, I am not discriminating anyone but what's wrong is wrong. I was waiting patiently while, My 5 year old grandson was getting inpatient like a typical five year old, I was right in front of the counter and I ask this woman, Can you please tell me how much longer will my order be, She then looked at me with this nasty look rolled her eyes and said I already called your order and walked away. She turned her back and started talking to another person and said this woman must of let someone take her meal and now she's trying to request another meal! I then said, Miss I've be standing here for 20 mins and you did not call my number, She then starts yelling at me. My grandson and mother frighten, While watching this disrespectful woman yell at me. I told this woman who do you think you are yelling at, In front of my family when you never gave me my meal. How dare you! She started cursing and acting like the trash she was, Unbelievable. A manger approach me and apologize and told the woman if she can not be polite and treat people right she could go home. I don't understand how they hired people like this, She needs more training. She continue to stare at me like if she wanted to attack me and my family. Never in 48 years, Have I ever been disrespected even when I worked for the New York City Police department as a sergeant, Never have I dealt with this unprofessional circumstance. McDonalds needs to step up their game with training. I understand that working in these types of jobs can be overwhelming, But it did not give her the rights. They are serving people without nets on their hair, Eye latches that are to large to be able to see, Nails that reach your fries while serving and piercings all over there face., I was so disappointed never again. McDonalds please correct this matter this woman should not be serving people. If you don't like your job quit. So disappointed the crew needs more training, I must say Thank You to the male manager that came to us to help the situation. This woman's name was Whitley, The woman with a thousands piercings on her face. Times has change there uniforms are dirty no one where's a net, there uniforms are big and sloppy so disgusted. This is one of the cleanest McDs in the area. Service is acceptable compared to some nearby McDs where you'll be lucky to find a human to take orders their kiosks can't handle. I like this McD to hang out at to have my afternoon coffee, sometimes with an apple pie.

McD, the chain WTH? Breakfast meal with an egg McMuffin, hash brown & coffee $8.69?

This same exact meal was $4 USD converted from SGD in Singapore. What justifies charging $8.69 for breakfast. This used to be $3.50 not long ago.

I refused to buy this overpriced meal. Instead, I applied the buy one, get another for $1 deal to the Breakfast Burrito. They're really yummy and only $2.79. So, $3.79 for 2x burritos. Add a small coffee $1.69 (refillable on-site). $5.50 Breakfast.

Seriously, McD Corporation, your cost for the exact same breakfast meal as in Singapore which was profitable at USD $4, there's no way your cost for US is doubled to $8.69. Singapore wages are high, one of the most expensive cities on Earth. McD is gouging customers.

At $9 to $12 for a basic meal, I can seriously consider take out from fast casual and places like Chili's & Applebee's for bigger & better burgers and always fresh fries + optional sides. Greed kills. That is what is happening to fast food chains. You're offering $6-$7 meals for $9-$12. Why would anyone eat McD mystery meat burgers if we can have slow roasted, really cooked barbacoa bowl at Chipotle's for the same price?

What happened to this location is ovious,the management is the worst.The majority of the staff is very polite.The girl at the drive-thru forgot to enter our cafe club information but mistakes happen but when we received our order it was not correct again.The manager Steph was rude by complaining that she gave us even more caramel in our coffees then we asked and paid for.The girl at the drive thru did not know how to ring it in the extra caramel of 5 additional pumps of caramel that we like in our coffee's. When we pulled up we tasted the coffee and it was not sweet.We wanted it light and sweet and don't mind paying for extra caramel because we don't mind paying for extra product.Steph the manager was rude by saying I put 15 pumps in each one.First of all we only asked for 5 additional extra and stated we will pay for it not 10,she just wanted to be smart.Then the very nice young man tried to rectify the situation while Steph rudely muttered under her breathe complaining about us ,right in front of us.This is the second time this woman has been rude to us.The first time she tried to give me a lecture about getting something for nothing after I had already stated I don't mind paying for any additional sweetening of caramel.She should not be a manager.She does not know how to talk or treat customers.She is very defensive,when all she needs to do is listen.Everytime the staff is polite,despite her negativity.If Steph doesn't like her job then she should Definetly not work in customer service.Other times we go here for food and drinks,we do not have a problem,but if this woman is rude to us one more time then we can spend our...
