Zona Fresca — Restaurant in Plantation

The same exact thing that happened to me in pompano just happened here but worse so I come in order shrimp tacos trying to pay cash the girl couldn’t break $100 bill then I go to the salsa bar to get my sauces and the spicy one the jalapeños and the regular mild one I’ll look fermented they’re literally bubbling. I don’t think this place does enough business to have a salsa para is what it looks like the limes were sitting in water and all soggy and disgusting. Then my shrimp tacos came out undercooked. I took one bite of the shrimp and it was still raw inside, so I brought them up to the counter and asked them if they could get me a new order. The chefs in the back had a smirk in an attitude about it they picked the tiny pieces of shrimp out of my tacos and put them in the deep fryer I didn’t order deep-fried tacos. I get the shrimp tacos here for a reason I can’t eat things in that much grease I just had to leave hungry and get a refund , why is it that the Zona Fresca‘s except for the Fort Lauderdale location the only one that does a good job every time is the one on federal highway between sunrise Boulevard and Oakland Park every other Zona Fresca I’ve ever been to is such a poor experience I just made a review about the one in pompano, doing this exact same thing to me with the shrimp where they told me they couldn’t make them the right way and I had to get my money back and go away hungry what is going on with the stores? The owner really really needs to get all these employees because they’re doing such a horrible job and it’s making your business look really bad.

I ordered from uber eats but unfortunately had the wrong delivery address. After attempting to cancel the order literally NOT EVEN 15 SECONDS RIGHT AFTER I PLACED IT, I had to get on the phone with uber eats support line. They told me that they called the restaurant and they wouldn’t cancel my order because it was already being made or finished. I was in awe because this all happened in less than 4 minutes after the original order placement. Uber told me I would have to contact the driver and give them the proper delivery address. Basically telling me I was forced to eat and or be stuck with whatever I ordered wether or not it was correct! They then told me that there would be an order cancelation fee if I wanted to still cancel my order, and it would be the same price of the food or meal I ordered. I am beyond OUTRAGED with both uber eats and this restaurant. The food is good but CERTAINLY NOT worth all of this commotion. Will not be using uber eats or ordering from this...

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and fast food place. The cashier KETSY constantly argued with me after my order was made incorrectly. Normally, it is an easy fix but not today. She preceded to argue with me and tell me how I told her the order wrong. It didn’t stop there though, after I said it was just miscommunication, she continued to tell me that I did it wrong and need to do it better next time. After I finally got her to listen and correct my order, she began to toss food out of my bag before giving it to me. I was a regular at this restaurant for months and never had this experience but this was my first time having KETSY as the cashier.
