Starbucks — Restaurant in Plantation

So I ordered from here today because they are close to my job. I ordered from the app so I wouldn't have to wait too long as usual. Got there, decided to grab a bag of chips before picking up my order. I even told the lady who rung me up that I was there for a mobile order, just grabbing some chips. There was no one in the store and everyone else seemed to be working drive thru, I would have thought she would have asked me my name to maybe grab my order, she didn't. No worries, I went down to the area where they kept the mobile orders and because of covid the staff has to hand it to you. So I waited for someone to ask me my name so they can hand me my order, nothing. A known customer came in, the guy said good morning to her, and handed her the drink she ordered. Ok, maybe he's going to ask me my name next. I even tried to get his attention a little but he was literally ignoring me right in front of him. Another lady came in, he asked her name and she had to pay for the rest of her stuff, took care of her right away and I am still standing there. SO I finally said something to the other girl who was ignoring me and she just got all flustered and picked up a cup and said "your order is being made" and still DIDN'T ASK ME MY NAME and promptly turned and walked away. The nice lady who was working the drive-thru FINALLY came to me and asked me my name and guess what, my ORDER WAS READY THE ENTIRE TIME and I was standing there the entire time just waiting on someone to simply ASK ME MY NAME. Thanks for making my business feel unwanted. And I pass 3 Starbucks on my way in, but since this one is right by my job, I thought, why not establish a relationship with them. ...

Good food, friendly staff, the only problem is after paying for food why do I have to ask for a receipt every time I go there. We buy at the grocery store and never have to ask for the receipt. I keep all receipts. When you hand me back my card or money the receipt is my proof of purchase. People always ask for your receipt.

1/4/2024 Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks really!!!!! I am back on these receipts again, this morning I had to asked for my receipt again and I requested a copy of my original receipt, Why am I getting duplicate receipts. Then when I asked the girl at drive thru window she said there is a problem with the machine, so u said to here everyday, I asked for my original receipt the day before and got it looked at it and told the guy at the window no I need my original receipt he took back the duplicate receipt and gave me the original, so she lied I've been there all week and only one employee responded to my request properly. We are paying customers, yall don't even ask the customers if thy would like their receipt or attach it to the bag. So as far as customer service a 1 star, especially...
