Starbucks is not known (as a whole company) for its interaction with customers. The way they shout out your order and always ask for your name. THIS Starbucks is the exception to that rule. Having been a barista for two different locally owned places, I often feel nostalgic when I go here because that's the vibe these friendly people bring to this establishment. It's obvious they enjoy what they do and want to make it a great stop. It's nice to get a coffee before you grab some groceries, but if you're like me it's a place I go just to get coffee. I've been into a lot of Starbucks as I travel all around the Midwest for work and this is the best Starbucks by far and it sits inside of a Price Chopper grocery. It's the people that make the experience and not the product. If you have an okay product (and lets be honest, Starbucks isn't the absolute best coffee but people go because it's consistent and they're everywhere), but amazing people then your business will do well.
