I would give a full 5 stars but the overall experience is not 5 stars. It was my second time coming to gators and I was very excited, we started by playing a game of pool, as we started our second game we decided to run out to the car to grab some smokes really quick we let the rest of the staff know we would be right back and left our pool sticks on the table as you would. When we came back not even 5min later our pool table had been cleaned off and someone else was playing pool. We asked and found out one server by the name of Mylea purposely removed our sticks(my friends stick was his own not a gators stick and it also got put back on the rack with all the others) and cleared off our pool table BUT she didn’t clear off our table with our drinks and cups? And none of the other empty pool tables had been completely cleared off. When we tried to speak to the bar tender about it I believe her name is discovery she just rolled her eyes and basically ignored us. Mylea went out of her way to not only not serve us(which that’s fine there are other servers) but she purposely made me uncomfortable and feel completely unwelcome. The staff didn’t seem to care. This was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable and just outright mean situation I’ve dealt with from people who are WORKING. Again everything else was amazing but be careful if your getting served by mylea one wrong move and she will 100% go out of her way to ruin your experience. The weirdest thing about this WHOLE interaction is the fact that the cameras will show my friend and I had NO contact with this server no words no looks nothing this was completely unprovoked and malicious. Found this “hometown” style bar looking for a good karaoke bar on Saturday nights post Covid lockdown about a month ago. My adult kids (early 30’s) and I had such a great time three weeks in a row now (post Covid lock down). We are former smokers that use vape devices now. These and cigarettes are welcome inside. This is how a hometown style karaoke bar should be. We were able to make casual friends with regulars immediately upon entry. We were readily accepted by all. The karaoke was great! There are a couple of regulars that are “ringers” so watch out not to follow them in the karaoke lineup! LOL! They put a $25 hold on my card without telling me it's been almost a week since I went and it still hasn't released that hold was separate from bill I understand if they put a hold on my card then subtracted the amount from bill and what not but nope also expect slow service the waitress was just talking to another waiter constantly and flirting instead of serving also the guy at the front looking at ID's has the memory of a gold fish and kept asking for my ID Everytime I went outside even if for just a second it wasn't even busy so that was just a pain the bartender is not good and extremely inconsistent on their quality of mixing drinks sometimes no alcohol and sometimes way too much I would avoid this place in the future if you value your money and want even half...
