I have to rave about the friesâhands down, the best Iâve ever had! They are perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining fluffy on the inside. Seasoned just right, they provide the perfect accompaniment to any burger. Itâs impossible to eat here without indulging in a side of these fantastic fries, and they truly elevate the meal to a whole new level.
What sets Seven Brothers apart is not just the incredible food but also their commitment to providing a safe dining experience for everyone. As someone who has dietary restrictions, I was particularly impressed with how accommodating they are for gluten-free diners. The staff takes great care in avoiding cross-contamination, changing their gloves frequently, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently. This attention to detail made me feel confident and secure in my dining choices, which is a rarity in many restaurants.
Moreover, the prices at Seven Brothers are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the generous portions. You get a fantastic meal without breaking the bank, which is always a plus in todayâs dining landscape. Itâs refreshing to find a place that values both excellent food and affordability, making it accessible to a wide range of diners.
The service at Seven Brothers deserves a mention as well. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, always ready to offer recommendations or answer any questions. Their passion for the food they serve is evident, and it adds to the overall positive dining experience.
In summary, Seven Brothers has quickly become my go-to burger place, and I canât recommend it enough.    Read moreThe flavor profiles they have are AMAZING! Definitely not a burger you'd think to make at home. The buns and bread they use are fantastic too. So why only three stars? The service. Less than pleased when their menu didn't reflect what we could order. Frustrated when we had to keep playing the guessing game because the cashier wouldn't tell what we did have to choose from. But it didn't stop there with the customer experience. It's fast food restaurant. Tasty, expensive, but fast food. However, after ordering our food, we sat down and a minute or two after we got our food, one of the employees walked up to our table, interrupted our conversation, and let us know he was our "server." This is not a sit-down restaurant. It's fast food. We ordered up front. The dining experience you expect and want is to get your food and be done. But this guy kept coming back and approaching at the most inopportune and unwanted times. On top of that, if they really do want a server, then they better adjust the volume level of their music, because it is not conducive to a sit down restaurant. It was so frustrating. If we could have given a negative tip, we would have. It's a new restaurant, so they're still figuring out how they want to operate. I get it. But they'll need to get their customer experience a bit more under control before I'd recommend anything but...

I've never wasted so much time in my life. I could've been raised to 21, taught myself to cook. Walked to a farm, learned to grow the food, walked home told my mom about it, walked back to the grown food, harvested it. Walked home, created the internet. Passed my information down from generation to generation, they walk to their closest farm, walked home, tried the receipt 5-6 times, started their own 7 sister's, and made millions before I smelt anything related to food.
Update from dramatic hungry me:
Dude at the drive through window was fantastic. I almost walked back to the window to hand him personally a cash tip. I had the time to think about it.
We got a full refund for the wait. (Not confirmed, but they said that.)
Conservatively speaking we were in the drive through for an hour. Could've been longer, but trying to be fair.
Got home, no drinks. Food was correct. We waited long enough to forget we ordered drinks.
Not trying to kill anyone's business here, but this was the reality. Food was good, but...
