Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Pleasant Grove

Two orders in a row where something is missing. The first order I was missing a bagel, decided it wasn’t a big deal.

My second order, I ordered the brunch for 2 which is supposed to include a breakfast sandwich, a bagel, a muffin, and hash brown. I noticed on the receipt when I got home that the breakfast sandwich was not on the receipt and everything in my order was there besides the Sandwich. Understandable, it’s a new store and the employees probably did not know the brunch combo comes with the sandwich they were just going off of what was printed on the receipt.

So, I decided to call in to see if I came back if they could make me the item I was missing. When I explained this to the employee over the phone they said to I had to take a picture with the food and bring in the receipt and they said “if you bring that and come in there maybe something that we can do to work it out”. What does that even mean?

I’m giving the Pleasant Grove Einstein’s 5 stars because this team honestly deserves it. I stopped in during the morning rush when the line was almost out the door, and I fully expected to be waiting awhile. Even with the rush, the staff moved with so much coordination and teamwork that I barely waited at all. What impressed me most wasn’t just the speed but the attitude. Every single one of them was smiling, greeting people, and staying calm even when the crowd was growing. I watched them handle a complicated order, a big catering pickup, and a frustrated customer all at once and they never broke stride. You can tell this location is still new because the traffic hasn’t slowed down since opening day, but the employees continue to show up with energy and positivity. Pleasant Grove really needed this Einstein’s, and this team is proving why. Major shoutout to them for making hectic...

Pleasant Grove has been waiting for this place, and now that it’s finally here, my family and I have already become regulars. We came last Saturday morning, one of the busiest times (again) and still had such a smooth experience.

The employees were incredibly patient with my kids as they picked out their bagels, and the woman at the counter even helped us find a table since it was pretty full. I love seeing that level of care. Most places get overwhelmed on weekends, but this team handles the pressure like absolute pros.

The food came out hot, perfectly made, and surprisingly fast given how busy it was. You can tell the Pleasant Grove location is becoming a weekend staple for a lot of families, but the staff never rushes or makes you feel like a burden.
