My partner and I had a craving for an A&W freeze, so we headed to the KFC/A&W.
The lady who took our order sounded like in general she hated her job, but specifically was frustrated with us. We had to repeat our order 3 times because we couldn't be heard.
While driving to the pickup window, I realized we ordered 1 freeze instead of 2! No worries, most places let you add something on at the window. Well, not at this one! We were told no because of drive thru orders. I totally understand, they are trying to keep their drive thru times low. We decided to go through again for the freeze.
This time, we waited a couple of minutes to be acknowledged. She then couldn't hear us again and asked us to order at the window.
We drive up to the window and wait a couple more minutes... We finally order and get the freeze, but she seemed totally tilted that we came through again. It felt like we were made to wait on purpose.
Also, while at the window, we witnessed an employee tell a customer to "hold on" and continue with the conversation they were having with a coworker. I don't mind people having friends and a good time at work, but your first priority should be your job.
After that little drive thru adventure, we finally headed home. That's when we realized they forgot an item in our order... On the one hand, they should've remembered it, but I also could have used our extra time to check the order before we left. We decided not to go back because it wasn't worth it to deal with that employee over one item.

Read moreFirst of all, I deliver food for Doordash. I dealt with a lot of food restaurants and saw how they prepare and pack their food. That KFC is the worst place I delivered food from. They are always extremely late preparing the order so that customers are always mad at the delivery drivers who are not guilty at all. It is that KFC's stuff fault. Their stuff just walks around doing nothing and tries to stay away from customers. It is disrespectful and incompetent. Last time, I had a delivery order from that KFC which I accepted a d eventually regretted. When I picked it up, it was okay. But when I delivered it to the customer, the bag with food had so much water in there that all food and everything else in it got wet. It happened because they put too much liquid to the container with corn that It spilled out in the bag. The customer was very upset. I will never accept any order from them or even stop by that worst place. I highly suggest everyone to stay away from that place...
Read moreCustomer Service Review: We visited KFC this evening for dinner and received such poor customer service, including from the manager on duty. I totally understand they were busy however as a customer who is standing at the counter for 10 minutes and does not even get acknowledged by 3 staff members who kept walking by filling what seemed to be online orders that they’d be “right with me” like other establishments do is down right rude. Finally the manager on duty asked to take my order and I pointed out I had been waiting to which she just threw up her hands to show they were busy. I told her that was fine but with customers waiting in the lobby to place an order they could acknowledge us. After taking my order she proceeds to complete it and while doing so throws receipt paper in my face (it happened to be the clock in confirmation of staff members) while trying to pull my receipt off the printer.
