Kids Play Structure — Attraction in Concord

Currently closed as of May 2024. They just randomly put up gate closures.

Old review:It’s cool when the veranda isn’t packed. Otherwise it’s just a chaotic mess with children whom are clearly to old per the signage crawling around younger kids while the parents are off drinking on the grass…

It’s also backs up right against the street parking lot where cars seem to whiz on by with no care. The Veranda management was contacted about putting up a gate near the part that opens to the street to prevent young children from running into the street. No reply was warranted an no remedy was created.

So again…great when the place is not packed. Please be mindful an watch your kids. I’ve been here to many times an have seen countless children running into the street. Only to be stopped by someone else as the parent comes about looking...

Review is for the playground specifically. No idea how it has so many good reviews, it's one of the worst play structures I've seen. It's just a tight space with little slippery platforms where kids can and do get stuck. There's a giant metal net around it that makes it difficult to get to your kid when they inevitably freak out because there's like 500 kids crammed in the tiny confined spaces. NOT all age appropriate. Young, small kids can slip down from platform to platform, and get trampled...

Great family location with local retail outlets and restaurants for fancy sit down meals or a popsicle shop with 40 different gourmet flavors. Games on a large turf area, and climbing playground situated over soft resilient ground cover. All situated around a mini Bellagio type fountain with colored lights and water spouts that "dance" to the music! Give this place a try! You won't...
