I hate to rate this place 2 stars but honestly I think they deserve it because they've given me horrible customer service too many times, and I was a regular customer so it just makes it even worst. But what made me want to write this review was my last experience with them just a couple days ago. I ordered my usual drink and as I was given my drink it slipped out of my hand and broke open on the floor. Yes this was my fault, but it was an accident and when I offered to help clean up I just got attitude from the guy that worked there and he looked at me and said "so do you want another drink?" And I said, "yes please" and he went back to talk to the manager and came back to me and said that I would have to pay for it, and my friend told him that she didn't understand why i would have to pay for it if it dropped and it was an accident. So he went back to the manger again and came back and told me "we can do 50 percent off" and I was just shocked because that's not something you say to a customer let alone someone that's a regular. But my friend didn't back down so they ended up giving it to me but that was just such horrible customer service that I will not go back there again. I understand that it's tough right now for businesses because of covid19 but that should be even more of a reason for you to give good customer service so that people keep coming back. So it just really sucked and I guess I will going to another milk tea place...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE BOBA! I ordered a classic milk tea and it had no sugar at all (another lady that was behind me ordered the same thing). When I went back in and told them there wasn't any sugar, the other lady also came back complaining about the same thing. The manager or owner (not too sure who the old man was) was rude and said I should've ordered the drink with extra sugar in a very bad tone. I was shocked... like this is my first time at this place and I ordered a drink that should have a reasonable amount of sugar already (it literally had none) and him telling me that it's my fault was not a way to get a customer to come back. It was my FIRST and LAST time at this horrible place. Also, the milk tea had a horrible bitter after taste and I wasn't the only one that felt that (my friend and sister's drinks were also bitter). So yeah, overall VERY BAD experience. I don't normally write reviews for places if they are good or bad, but here I'm trying to save your money and time. Go to another...
Read moreItems here were amazing. I came here when it had been I-Tea, the fruit tea I had did not disappoint. They accommodate too. There has been a mixup of the Rainbow Jelly-Mango Jelly thing in the past (especially because of masks during COVID), and when it did happen, they were kind enough to add both to the drink. Strawberry Mango Fruit Tea with Peach Popping Boba and Rainbow Jelly is my go-to when I come here, and I am able to hand in my phone with the order on it. Sugar and Ice Level choices are amazing. And there was a variety of teas, so I cycled through a few before settling on one option, all of which were amazing.
Would recommend.
(And for the record, the sesame balls I had were amazing too. Parking is a bit difficult, but it feels like this place seems popular, so I literally do not care about the crowded parking lot).
Update 10 months later: The added feature of the screen was a bit hard to work with at first, but very helpful...
