I called in a large order ($375) at 11:30am for pickup at 6:00pm on a Friday. My order was confirmed and everything was correct. I get to the restaurant a little early to pay and pickup my order. I paid for the food and was told it would take a few extra minutes sense we were early, (that was cool): So we waited for them to call my name or number 30 minutes passed but we were patient, another 20 minutes passed so one of the worker came outside to give someone their food and she ask me what is your number I gave her my name and number so she went to check on our order. I could see them through the window they were looking for my ticket. So I got up and went back inside and showed them my ticket to help them out. The were looking for the order because the ladies in the back said hey had already completed that order a while ago. (All BAD). They give our order to someone else. So that tells me that when they call your number they don’t check your ticket to make sure they are giving the order to the right person. Mind you we had over 25 people at our home waiting to eat. We had to wait another hour for them to fix our food again (over 2hrs 40min wait). I was so not happy but I prayed and stayed calm. The kicker for all our trouble and time the owner/manager offered me $20 discount on my next order when I come back. I explained to him that I was visiting from Florida and would not be coming back. He never offered to take anything off the bill. So with that being said even though the food was good I will NOT be goi g back there again. They lost an excellent customer. Read moreI was really hoping to be blown away by this place. But I have to say, that I felt very underwhelmed on my first, and likely last visit.
When I arrived, it was fairly busy, which I took for a very good sign. I ordered two of the happy burritos, which are more than $10 each, and didn't have to wait too long for my order.
When I got home and we started eating, we immediately noticed that the rice that they used was very mushy. I have no problem with fluffy rice, but when there is no consistency at all with the rice, it's just very off-putting. We tried continuing to eat our burritos, and my wife was only able to get a few bites in. I decided to eat all of mine, just so that I could know if it was just the rice or the burrito itself that was bad. Unfortunately it was not just the rice. I ordered an El Pastor burrito which it seems like they reimagined al pastor to be pulled pork with some type of sauce. Very disappointing. Also, the balance of ingredients is very heavily skewed towards a lot of rice. I paid more for the happy burrito and was barely able to find some sour cream let alone guacamole or any veggies.

Read moreWe used to frequent this restaurant on Pacheco and loved the food and service. It’s been a while so we decided to treat ourselves last night. I ordered online and added a tip for service, unfortunately service was not what I expected. They had three lines and greeters on each line. It was busy, but when everyone was served but me, I was patient and kept waiting in line with my son for about 20 minutes. Finally, the lady at the order line asked if I needed help. I told her I ordered online and she grabbed the bag of food sitting on a rack that was there the whole time I was waiting. I felt underneath the bag which was cold but decided not to complain. I went home and discovered 4 missing tacos. I called and the person on the line asked if I wanted a refund or tacos. I told her my family expects their dinner I ordered and would like the tacos. I drove 15 minutes back to their restaurant to pick up my missing order. When I get there, I tell them I’m here to pick up my tacos and the lady says “would you like a bean dip or something?”.
