Drinks and food are fine. There’s always loud kids recently that hang out are too loud that disturb those who study.
The service here is horrible. If you order inside expect to wait 10-15+ minutes for a drink. The drive thru takes just as long or even longer too. I’ve come on different days and some employees are better than others but half of the time the other set of employees look bothered when you order. They ignore customers waiting inside for a long time. I understand if they’re understaffed because they definitely need more people but if you chose to work at Starbucks and you’re not happy working, that’s your fault. I’ve been to many Starbucks with better customer service and good vibes but this isn’t one of them.

Don't get me wrong everything was there but it did not have a Starbucks feel to it. It was more like someone who just didn't really care that much threw the ingredients in a cup and handed it to me with a smile and handed me the payment kiosk saying, " So it's going to ask you about a tip and then the total".... it was an ok experience just not what i have come to expect. It seems that they have not received adequate training, which makes customer interactions less than pleasant. They feel they are dong the customers a favor by serving them.
