I recently had a cracked screen repaired at Quickfix and while the initial repair seemed fine, the experience quickly turned sour. The technician who performed the repair mentioned that if the screen started acting up, I should bring it back to him on the weekends. Sure enough, after about a week, the screen began malfunctioning, making the phone unusable.
When I returned to the store, a different technician was there. I explained the situation, but he immediately accused me of having dropped the phone, pointing to some red lines on the screen as evidence. I assured him the phone had not been dropped, but he insisted otherwise. His manager was on speakerphone and overheard the entire conversation but did nothing to intervene or assist.
The whole experience was frustrating and degrading. It was clear the technician and the manager were not interested in standing behind their work. Instead, they were quick to accuse me of causing the damage. This was especially disappointing since the issue I was reporting was exactly what the original technician warned might happen.

I showed up, showed Nabi the old iPhone, & he immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad battery. Nabi told me he could fix the problem, but he could not guarantee the display would function after the repair(I appreciated the honesty & straightforwardness). I agreed to the repair, & Nabi replaced the battery & Mom’s iPhone worked great. Nice job Nabi! Was also told that he had some other minor repairs ahead of me & asked if I could wait a bit(appreciated the honesty). Over all Nabi provided very good service. Sooooo…., if you blow up your mobile device, go see Nabi before you toss...
