My boyfriend and I came here for dinner on a Thursday night. Nobody was there to seat us after waiting for a few minutes, so we sat in the bar area at a table. A family came in shortly after us with their family and a small child that clearly didn't want to be there and was having behavioral issues. After hearing the child scream randomly a few times, I couldn't deal with it and asked to be moved (the family should NOT have been in the bar area, but nobody told them to leave... ugh).
We were then sat in another area between two other families with loud children (including one that was peering over my seat drooling... no parenting whatsoever from the parents, who obviously didn't care). So we asked to move AGAIN. Mind you, there were PLENTY of other seats available AWAY from families with loud, unruly children. I was already irritated enough at that point that we just left. The staff obviously didn't care about their customers.
Also, the last time we were here, service was EXTREMELY slow and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Not sure what was going on, but the waitress never even came back to check on us or give us the check, so we just used the electronic check-out tablet on the table.
Please teach your employees some common sense and seat couples or people without kids AWAY from families with loud, screaming, germ-ridden children with parents that clearly shouldn't being having kids. Nobody wants to deal with that. And don't let people with loud kids sit in the bar area. They shouldn't be there and people there drinking and watching sports/TV don't want to deal with it. That area should be adults-only. I will...
Read moreCame to get margaritas and my wife's birthday burger. The house margaritas were pretty good and our server started off as attentive but then was moved to the bar and service trailed off. But, chalked it up to a one off. We came back in about a week later for those margaritas and sat in the bar area. The table next to us wasn't bused but figured it would be shortly. We saw the server, Hannah, just finish bringing drinks to another table. She ignored us and kept walking. We were just about to get up to leave when she came to our table. We went ahead and ordered drinks and fries to start. Our drinks came, but our fries never did. We were finished with our drinks before the server even came by to tell us she was going to check on our fries. A few minutes later after still no fries I went to the bar to get the check to find I was charged a $1 for the olives in my drink. Irritated we left and were approached by the Manager, Jason I think his name, was with apologies for our experience acknowledging it wasn't busy and no reason why food shouldn't be coming out and tables left unbussed. He even offered a $15 gift card to be emailed and took our phone number and email. We never got it. Surprise. Surprise. Looking at the reviews they have a history of leaving tables unbussed and very slow service. We won't be back. We went to Chili's and had a better experience. Side note: there is a horrendous smell of men's cologne walking in... maybe...
Read moreFirst time eating at this location. Generally my expectations for these sort of chains are fairly low but overall I wasn't too happy with what I got. I ordered a double burger with lettuce wrap and onion rings. The onion rings are not bottomless AND they cost $1.50 more. Fine. When my order comes out there are only five onion rings on the plate and the server told me that five is always the amount you get; wow. That's cheap. The server dropped an onion ring (nbd) and replaced it with a single onion ring. The whole thing just seemed overly stingy. Minus one star for that. (Note, I did like the 5 onion rings I ate, crispy!)
My wife's mad love burger looked pretty sad and she didn't eat much of it. The fries came out cold (despite being noon on a Sunday ), so you can imagine the bottomless nature wasn't necessary. Minus one star.
Finally, overall value for the money was not great. $40 for 2 adults and a toddler and no drinks is a little steep considering you can go to any number of independent burger joints for the same or less with same or better food. Minus one more star.
Not the worst food in the world by any means but would not come again considering the availability of other options.
Edit: I can't be certain, but not long after lunch my stomach started hurting and I --ahem-- had a strong urge to use...
