DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! I brought my son and his friends on a Friday evening last month. It was packed, not enough employees to monitor or keep kids safe. My sons friend ( 8 year old) was jumping in the area by the swings, off the platform thats maybe 5 feet above. There is a staff member that stands there to monitor and let kids jump one at a time. Our kid jumped and before he could climb out another kid jumped on top of him from the trampoline next to the platform.... causing him to have a deep laceration cut above his eyes, he was just laying their crying covered in blood. I was the first to notice it and ran and pulled him out of the pit the staff member clueless to whats happening, another parent saw me and started to get staff attention and we pulled him out. He was bleeding a lot and it took a while for staff to respond, I had to ask them to call 911, no one brought a first aid kit right away, took them 10 min to get a kit. An employee brought a table cleaning cloth to hold pressure on bleeding while calling 911. All the staff are like high school kids they dont really know what to do. Another Dad witness all this and started to get frustrated and yelled at the owner for not effectively managing the situation the owner was defensive and started to talk back to the Dad. While our kid is laying bleeding owner asked me my name child name and my email / phone number which I though was to check on us after the matter but no it was to make sure he was covered and the waiver was signed. Our kid ended up with 5 stitches and a very painful recovery that made him miss school and rest at home.He now never wants to go to a trampoline park. All our kids were traumatized from this experience and lost sleep over it.
What aggravates us is the owner never once called or reached out to me or the mother to apologize or check on our kid. I gave him 3 days and finally went there to talk to him and reassess the situation, he was not there but staff was and showed us the video of the incident but refused to let us record it. We were just there to make sure this does not happen again to anyone else and they should train their staff on paying attention more. No sympathy, no concern for human life here, its just a business for this owner. The mom called the owner and left a message but he never called back, how cold and in considerate can you be? Don't take your kids here! We are done with this place and will be filing an official complaint...
Read moreReview I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rockin Jump Concord, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the energy and excitement in the air were contagious.
One of the things that impressed me the most was the variety of activities available. Whether you're a child or an adult, there's something for everyone. The trampoline park offers a wide range of trampolines, foam pits, basketball hoops, and even a challenging ninja course. It's a perfect place to let loose, have fun, and get active.
The staff at Rockin Jump Concord was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable while enjoying the different attractions. They were also mindful of the cleanliness of the facility, which was great to see.
The trampolines themselves were in excellent condition and well-maintained. Bouncing around on them was an absolute blast. I particularly enjoyed the foam pit area, where I could jump freely and land safely.
Another thing I appreciated was the attention to safety. Rockin Jump Concord takes precautions seriously and provides clear instructions on how to enjoy the park safely. This is especially important for families bringing their children as it ensures everyone has a fun and worry-free experience.
Overall, I had a fantastic time at Rockin Jump Concord. It's a place where you can let go of your inhibitions, challenge yourself physically, and have a great time with friends and family. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a fun-filled and...
Read moreFirst time here but I’ve been to similar places. We did the early morning littler kids time slot from 8-10am. There was about 5 ppl from 8-9 an then it picked up to about 40 ppl by 9ish.
You can buy tickets an fill out your wavier online to avoid doing it there an save time!!!!
While I thought buying the socks was mandatory for safety reasons. They are not. So you can skip buying socks. However the smallest sock size still is too small for a toddler 4 an under. So socks with some good grips.
There is several obvious areas that need some cleaning. Both on an off the jumping areas. Even a good vacuum lol.
An while I understand the liability wavier. Negligence on their part is different. There was a clear hole in the 6 an under section. Watched a kid fall an get stuck. The dad got him out then proceeded to tell someone. Someone then came an pulled the large foam pillow things over it to cover it up. Which I had just watched another family move to play with. You sign your rights away with that wavier. Even in the event of their negligence. So don’t worry lol.
The triangle foams also have Velcro on them. Which if not covered you get stuck to. Scratched my kids whole arm up an pulled his pants. Which is what ever those things happen. But the hole is definitely something that should have closed the area down.
The music was blaring last beyond loud for the first hour where we couldn’t hear anyone talking.
Overall we had fun an will return again. But only when it’s...
