Please check your order twice if not thrice before you pick up. I had customised my order to replace beef with beans and they served me beef. I went back to store and complained the same, the person argued otherwise. He was not ready to accept they prepared wrong order forget apologising. I’m trying to tell him I’ve eaten bean burritos before and it’s different. He gets angry, annoyed, agitated. I asked him to place a new order with bean burritos for me then he gets irritated doesn’t take my new order but goes on to replace previous order with beans.

I wish I could have taken photo. Or made video of his behaviour. Wish people accepted their mistake. Zero for customer service, if not -100 for intimidating behaviour.

It’s ok mistakes happen. But that intimidating, rude attitude and not accepting otherwise is not ok!!! I’m so happy it happened during peak hours and I was not alone. I wish management takes it seriously. I’m not alone, read through past reviews you will find...

The team at this Taco Bell works hard! We made a mistake in one of our orders and I went up to the counter to see if it could be remedied, and without any hesitation, they remade two tacos for us without charge even though it was not their mistake. We appreciated that very much. Only reason for the four stars on atmosphere is that there were several tables that needed to be wiped down, But they did look rather short-staffed for the number of guests they were serving via drive-thru as well as kiosk inside. This Taco Bell consistently seems to serve up more generous portions compared to several others nearby. Did I mention that food is also prepared and served very quickly? Not unlike Any other restaurants these days, beverages are very overpriced and this place is no exception except during happy hour, from 2pm-5pm. Otherwise plan on spending between 3:00 and 5:00 or more dollars per person just...

Don't get me wrong they move quick and TRY HARD you can't any TB lazy...they are always on their feet except for breaks. I hope they get one free meal with 6+ hours working and offered 8hr shifts to live on NO vegan meats yet, in other state but no beyond Carne Asada YET but new buildup location replacing one next to Panda. Took a long time PepsiCo More item rotation and still less than two$$ item menu, not many places these days for those that just don't have post high cali rents and cost of living

Love the Mexican pizza guac and enchiladas RITO when that roates back miss the original w black olive half. Ate orig decades ago SO many strong bell curved brick stores still on the ground.
