McDonald's — Restaurant in Pleasantville

I have had a few issues with this location in the past I'm not getting the right food to getting a steak egg and cheese on a hard stale bagel. But just a couple of days ago I was on the McDonald's app and placed an order at the closest location to me, which happened to be this one. It was about 6:15am and I got there about 10 minutes later. There was a car that was waiting in front of me. A few minutes go by and I don't hear anyone get on the speaker to take their order. There were three cars in the parking lot and one employee walked right past us and went inside. A few more minutes go by and I'm getting a little impatient because clearly there are people inside but no one is taking this Woman's order. I go on Google and search their business hours and apparently they don't open until 7:00 a.m. I was very irritated by this because not only did an employee see us at the drive-thru and didn't say anything, leaving us there waiting. Butt the fact that the mobile app allowed me to make an order there knowing that the place is not open.

I pulled up to the lady in front of me and told her that they don't open until 7:00 a.m. and she was livid. Because she also saw the employee that walked in and could have said something to us but chose not to. She also said that she had placed a mobile order and was just waiting to give them the code. Obviously the mobile order issue is not this particular stores fault but the lack of customer service was terrible. All the lady had to do was say "hey just so you know, we don't open until 7:00 a.m." and both of us would have left and just canceled our...

Food was fast, but they more often then not do not pay attention to detail. Check your bags before you leave. Guaranteed to be missing at least one item from your order. Yesterday, it was three items for me. Attention to detail is very important in the food industry but not so with fast food in general.

The problem is that it takes two people to complete your order in the drive thru. One person takes the order and the other person prepares and delivers the order to you. They are not on the same page. They don't actually fully read the ticket and miss things cause it's seems they are rushed.

Don't rush get the order right so customers don't have to comeback for the missing items.

I was missing a medium fries, a kids fruit punch drink, they gave me water instead of a Sprite, and they didn't include the dipping sauces for the nuggets.

Please pay attention to the order. Attention to detail has failed here on several occasions for me.

To Be Honest , I Don't Even Know Where To Start ! , In My Opinion I Feel The Working Staff Of This Establishment Is Barely Active ! It's Like The Employees Don't Even Want To Work ! Or Bother On Putting More Work Effort Especially When It Comes To Paying Customers ! At This Point The General Manager Of This Establishment Should Take One Hundred Percent Consideration On Firing Employees Who Happen To Have Trouble Maintaining Their Attitudes Around Customers At The Drive - Through Or Especially Inside The Restaurant !
