I ordered two salads and two French fries on the mobile app for dine-in pick up what a huge mistake that was I sat there for 10mins after pushing the button saying I was here. I noticed the lines for the dine-in pick was long so I waited patiently. A half hour goes by still haven’t called my name. I noticed that it said my order was ready 20 mins ago. So now I go up and ask someone at the counter if my order is ready yet. He asked for my name then goes in the back to check and then comes back up to the counter and proceeded to take other peoples orders and completely ignores me. Now I’m getting aggravated so I ask another person he goes in the back again this time he comes back up and asks me are you sure in at the right chick-fil-a? I said yes and showed him my order on my phone Hes say ok. Two mins later come back and asks me if he can double check that im at the right chick-Fil- a now im getting even more aggravated. Finally he comes back and says that the computer systems must of lost the order. Cool I’ll wait how long could it take to throw a couple salads and two fries in a bag right. Now I’ve been waiting over an hour for my order seeing other people that got there aftet me getting there order coming and going. Finally my order is in my hands and the guy tells me I’m sorry for this they gave your original order to someone else on mistake and walked away from me. All I could say is wow that’s all I get for sitting there for over an hour cause you guys messed up and lied to me about it. Read moreHorrible customer service! Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:20am and did not reach the ordering screen until 10:35am. I already knew this was going to be a problem because the screen was changed from breakfast to lunch. When I attempted to order, I was told I couldn’t order breakfast because it was past 10:30am, I explained that I had been waiting in the drive thru for 15mins and requested to speak to a supervisor/manager. The person taking the order told me she was the manager and there was nothing she could do because it was past the cut off time. She was very rude and nonchalant about the fact that I was indeed there since 1020am waiting to order. If the policies are so strict on the cut off time then a better system should be in place when the drive thru is backed up with people waiting for their food and others are unable to order. Even McDonalds has a better system of having people pull up to their parking lot and a worker taking the food out! For a company that thrives on customer service , this was a horrible experience. Once I reached the window, I requested to speak with the manager who I had previously spoken with so I could get her name, she was not a manager and just the order taker. Team leader Monrise came up to the window to speak to me , meanwhile this other worker continued to speak over her and be rude towards me. Update. The location in egg harbor township infront of walmart, just sad. And I don't mean to be the bad egg review. But how can the mays landing chicfila near lowes be night and day difference.
The parking lot at the Walmart chicfila is a joke. Had my bumper tapped there a few times too because of brilliant design. The employees are great but everytime I'm there it's jokes and cold sharty sandwiches with wet bottom bun thinner than the lettuce.
People depend on places like this for there meals when in a pinch or crave it when having that sense of chicfila dopamine. But when one location hits the meals everytime on point and shows me quality, and when I come here I'm always disappointed.
This location out of maybe the 35 times I went in the past year, I probably had 2 good meals and don't quote me since I can't remember the last good meal there. But the 10 times ever going to the OG EHT CHIC FILA infront of lows. That's run like the owners are present and watching.
Shame to the chicfila name here. I'll be passing by everytime to go to the other locations just to avoid the headache here.
