I used to LOVE this place. The people used to be great, the food excellent, and I would chat with employees and compliment them on how detail oriented they were about making a sub above. It's now trash. Every time I walk in, it's a miserable experience...

My go-to is a gluten free Italian hoagie. Now, JM charges rediculously high prices to start, but being that I'm gluten free, I've been willing to pay extra because they made great food, always packed hoagies with tons of meat and toppings, and employees were well trained, cared about making a good sandwich and being a nice person. The only thing about the above that remains true is that they charge rediculously high prices.

Jersey Mike's has DRASTICALLY decreased how much meat and toppings they put on a sandwich while raising how much they charge. Employees don't pay attention to what they're doing and make a sloppy mess of every sandwich. With the exception of one muscular guy (who clearly has a great work ethic and is always polite to everyone), all the employees act rude, lazy, and completely brainless. One or two guys look so clueless I wouldn't be surprised if they're high half the time.

Update, we've given multiple chance since this initial review and every time its terrible. It either has no flavor or they soak it with oil to the point where the bread is soggy and inedible. Definitely wont be going back.

We always have issues at this Jersey Mike's. I don't even know why I keep going back other than it's the only one in the area. I ordered a tuna sub in a bowl and paid the extra $3 for extra meat. When I got it home I noticed the bowl wasn't even full and barely had anything in it. I also asked for cheese. I didn't get cheese. I sent my husband here to pickup up a sub after having my baby at doylestown hospital because I wasn't allowed to eat deli meat during my pregnancy and that was also terrible- soggy, drenched in oil when I asked for no oil, and all around gross.
