I ordered lunch for my staff this afternoon which ultimately turned into dinner for me. When I made it to the second half of my sub, there was a 4”x4” piece of parchment paper within the contents of the sandwich. When I called and asked for a manager, I was greeted by Danielle who claimed to be the General Manager. I explained the findings and stated that it seemed to be stuck to the bacon. Without any empathy or an apology for the inconvenience, I was told that it “wasn’t from the bacon or was in fact from the cheese”… EITHER WAY there is a large piece of parchment paper in my food. She offered a credit for another sub… when I asked for another manager, simply because she didn’t address the complaint appropriately … I was told he wasn’t available… she couldn’t tell me when he would be available…. Nor could she tell me his name. She asked me for my full credit card number over the phone, which I told her I wasn’t comfortable providing… so I went to the location. After walking in, before me stood a very dirty, unprofessional, sloppy woman with facial piercings, red Kool Aid stained hair, and a dirty sweatshirt… no one that should EVER prepare food for the public. Read moreI dont like leaving a bad review for one employee but I previously had left a 5 star for this place. So this is the 2nd time I've had bad encounter with fire house both from the same person I ordered for the women taking order with pink hair was very unfriendly the first time I just figured bad day but this time she refused to give extra mayo in the bag. Normally the staff has no problem with this. But the pink hair women. Said she is only give 2 mayo packets. I asked if I pay for them can I can a few more she said no and just had a attitude the whole time. After I received my order and got home realized there wasn't any mayo in the bag at all. Had to go to Kroger and buy some. Im just wondering why she is so rude and if im willing to pay for something why cant I get what Im trying to order. Idk if she has a rough life, and her refusing mayo to people gives her a sense of control in her life. Also this is the second time she did this to me and my wife Separated occasions. Read moreNever been one to review but after the terrible experience with the food and the customer service I had to. Ordered online only to have the subs swimming in sauce, not toasted, and smashed. It looked like someone had pranked me. For nearly 30 bucks I would stay far!! I will never come here again. Definitely telling everyone as well. It's gross here and I should have known how dirty the place was when I came to pick it up, no gloves on the staff, and who knows what.
Management wasn't any better. Rather than give a refund they kept making excuses and were extremely rude. Keep telling us it was our fault for ordering. I've never heard this in my life. Then said the only thing they could do was make the food again. I'm sorry but after this experience, it's not worth the time or effort. Now I'm out for 30 bucks and dinner but as Management did it was my fault for ordering food from them. Asked to speak to someone that could do something and was told no.
Moral of the story: go to subway or anywhere else where customer service is a priority and you don't get yelled at by Management for...
