Burger King — Restaurant in Plymouth Township

Sometimes this Burger King is fast and efficient and gets my order right. Other times they get my order wrong, and they're slow and inefficient. At lunch time on 6-28-2022 I tried going in to the restaurant, but the doors were locked with a sign that said all customers must use the drive-through. I'm only giving 3 stars for this restaurant because it's sometimes good, but other times it's a frustrating experience.

Update: they'll intentionally over-charge you when you oder a meal because when the displayed cost is $10, they'll tell you it's $12 because they only tell you that a medium or large is available and those are up-charges. Hopefully that's not an instruction for workers to do that countrywide, but it's done at this location in Conshohocken, and it's wrong. It's called bait-and-switch, and it's not allowed, but this place is doing it.

Update (5-14-2025): the service has gotten much better, but they're still only telling you that your options are "medium and latge", so that you'll think that you can't order size small when ordering a meal. The burger is the same size, but the fries and drink are small or medium or large. They're still luring you in at the $5.99 price, but they'll get you to order a "medium" or "large" so that the price is higher. Although the person at the counter was much friendlier than anyone I've encountered at this location before, he was clearly taught to push customers into the size "medium" or "large", and that to me is a reason to not go there again...

I’ll tell you why, although I waited for a solid 3-5 minutes in the drive through before a wonderful woman took my order (during the evening around 7:20 pm on August 5th, 2022) she was a pure delight. She took my weirdish order, was super kind about it and straight with me that she had to recap what I said, I totally understood and really appreciated it. She also understood my request of the large fruit punch I wanted but with water in it. She does the same thing and made it perfectly. My order was also perfectly made when we received it. The fries were hot and crunchy and perfectly salted and the burgers were big and made to order. The chicken Sandwich was perfectly made with quality lettuce and perfectly cooked. I was very happy and pleased. The woman in the drive through, I wish I had her name, was so polite and wonderful and relatable. And even peeking in, the other person I saw, a gentleman, looked happy. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits that day and the food was made with love.

If I lived close, I’d go back if I knew it was that crew. They did it right. I hope they see this and know that they are appreciated.

Here we go again. I went to Burger King to buy two triple Whoppers with cheese one with no tomato and one with tomato. The young lady at the drive-thru was really nice , the cashier was also nice the young man. The ones making the sandwiches? I got a bad vibe from them because they were acting like goofballs because when I went in and politely told the cashier that they got my order wrong? The two sandwich makers mocked my words,laughed at me and just stood there just staring at me. Tbe cashier told them to put 2 patties each on the burgers and charged me for them. I trusted that they got it right since I payed for it. Dumb mistake because I just got home to look at them and there were two patties on Each. So I payed for 2 triple Whoppers with cheese but only got 2 double Whoppers with cheese. They need to drug test the 2 guys making the sandwiches because they were just goofing off laughing at nothing and now I'm out money. I'm hoping that they didn't do anything to my kids food. Corporate can you please give me my money back for...
