Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth Township

Literally don’t ever come here. This was my first time at this Dunkin as my regular one is closed for the night. I ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher with less ice which is ALWAYS a pink color and $3-4 depending on size. The lady filled it up with a lot of ice and when I got her attention to ask for less, she looked at me rudely and mumbled something to herself.

My finished drink was orange. My STRAWBERRY DRAGONFRUIT was ORANGE. I look at it and ask her if that’s the correct one and not the mango refresher to which she told me it was correct. She told me my total of $4.44 then tried to charge me a dollar extra for more strawberry in the drink. I should’ve gone with my gut and said no thank you to the drink altogether and left, but wanted to be kind and take her word for it. After paying for it I pulled up a bit, tried it, and the drink tasted like nothing. No strawberry, no green tea. I’m not even sure what she put in it to make it orange but it tasted like iced water. I pull back and politely ask her to remake it and she raises her voice at me, saying if I want more strawberry I have to pay extra. Then she calls me stupid, tells me she’ll just remake it for 15 cents, and when she couldn’t find more of the strawberry stuff, she just refunded me and told me to never come back and called me stupid again. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but I’ve never experienced such disgusting customer service...

Me and my family stopped by to grab a quick bite but when we entered there was a line, since we had the app we decided to place a mobile order, we waited for almost an hour to fully get out order, after getting a little frustrated waiting and seeing everyone come and go with their order I asked a nice employee if my order was ready and turns out the bag was there the whole time behind the mobile orders with no name or nothing. i was also missing a glazed donut so i told the worker and she went to go and get it so i waited for her to come back.. a couple minutes later i got tired and since me and my family where on our way to go somewhere i went up to her on the other side of the store where she was and asked for the donut, she had it on the counter and forgot to give it to me. She gave me an extra donut as a sorry so that was nice. I used to work in fast food so I understand the rush and having to do everything but this experience was really upsetting, not to mention everything in this dunkin is completely...

It's frustrating being a customer here. Staff is nice but they never get my order right. There's always something wrong: they add ice when I don't want ice, they add whipped cream when I didn't order it, or they send me off with a regular coffee when I ordered a specific flavor. This morning was the last straw. I order a HOT coffee for their free coffee offer going on. It's 25 degrees out this morning and I wanted a coffee to warm me up on my way to work. I also always order on the mobile app as it's more convenient. When I got to the store to pick up, I realized they made me an iced coffee. I checked the sticker on the cup just to make sure I order the right thing, and sure enough the label read 'hot'....so how did I end up with an iced coffee? I didn't have time for them to remake it because I was heading to work. That's why i use the app, for convenience. It was just ridiculous. My hands were freezing carrying this drink into work. They seriously need to train their...
