Every time I go to the Wawa, it is a bad experience the people in the deli area are so unorganized. If you order a mobile order, it’s never correct. I never usually complain but enough is enough. I went into the location yesterday. I ordered my items through the mobile app but wanted to pay in the store because that was using cash. The man gave me an incorrect total. I questioned the total because the discounts for the items I got did not come off. He just missed my question. Told me wait for the manager gave me my change back and would not speak to me any further the change he gave. Back was correct. I guess the discount applied at the end but he never went through that with me and was very rude. The manager came out. I explained my frustrations. She just looked at me and didn’t say not. One thing I work at a corporate location, and that type of behavior is completely unacceptable. Read moreI try not to be a big complainer, and I usually have great service at this location HOWEVER my deli orders are way too often incorrect and inconsistent. For example, I’m trying to enjoy my dry hoagie after ordering it with mayo, oil and extra, extra vinegar. They’re a barely anything on it. If I order a meatball sub, I have to request extra sauce on the side or it’s dry. There is no option on the touch screen to order extra, I have to hope they aren’t too busy to ask in person.
