Conshohocken Pizza — Restaurant in Plymouth Township

I hate to leave a 3 star review, but lately, there have been a lot of inconsistencies, and I was told twice that a manager would call me, but that never happened. I have been a great customer for about a year and usually place an order at least once a week. I always get the avocado chicken sandwich and request no tomatoes, and they usually put tomatoes on it anyway. I also always get the crab fries, and for some reason, they are never right. The menu states that it comes with cheese sauce, but they never include it unless you keep reminding them. Today, I am highly disappointed with my order. When I called, I asked for the cheese sauce, and they said they probably wouldn't be able to do that, but I don't understand what the problem is since it's supposed to be included. I did get the cheese sauce today, but the fries are not crab fries they are regular fries, and the avocado looks gross. I can not understand why I can't get an order that is correct. My sandwich went to the trash because of the ridiculous amount of pepper on it, plus they forgot the mayo, and the onions and the avocado looks like it's been sitting out for hours. It's...

First time we ordered from here upon them just opening their food was amazing. We thought we had found our new go-to for pizza on a Friday night. Unfortunately we were wrong. Quality in food and service has gone down since opening and we have ordered a handful of times. I hate leaving bad reviews but hoping this will have them change how their food is prepared and quality of service. Most recently we ordered wings, fries, a buffalo wrap and 2 slices of pizza while we waited for our other food. Pizza slices had chunks of garlic under the cheese which I’ve never experienced on a white pizza. Way too heavy on the garlic. Fries were greasy and soggy. Wings barely cooked to be somewhat crispy. Before ordering the buffalo wrap I asked what kind of chicken it is since the menu is very vague in their descriptions. I didn’t want chunks of chicken and was told it was a buffalo chicken cheesesteak. It was not. It was chopped up grilled chicken that was chewy with every bite. Unfortunate last...

I usually don’t leave anything but good reviews on google but this experience was bad enough that I have to.

We ordered a pizza and a hoagie via your online system at 5pm with 5:30 pickup time. We arrived promptly at 5:30 and was told it would just be another minute or two by the woman at the register. Boy was she wrong.. 35 minutes later and after multiple check ins to see what I was waiting on, we finally got the food (I presume the pizza didn’t even get into the oven until minutes after we arrived). This is the last thing I want to do on a Friday afternoon - wait 35 mins in a pizza shop for a pizza and a hoagie after already waiting 30 mins at home.

To make things worse, we got home and the pizza was a sloppy wet mess. We couldn’t even pick it up without all toppings immediately sliding off. Threw it away. The hoagie barely had any tuna on it and was just full of raw onions and tomatoes.
