I ordered a cake over the phone on Nov 20th. I called the 484 area code number listed for the conshohocken bakery so I'm fairly certain this wasn't the New Jersey location. The cake was for Dec 8th and my sons's 4th birthday. When my sister went to pick it up, they had no record of the order and obviously no cake made. They offered my sister 12 free cupcakes and a "chocolate" cake that they had on the shelf which was 45 dollars. I was okay with this until we got to the party and cut the cake and realized that it was chocolate cake with peppermint icing. I don't know many kids that like mint desserts especially icing on their cake. I don't know why they wouldn't make something like peppermint icing clear to the buyer of a cake for a 4 year old. So I'm pretty irritated at this point that I paid 45 dollars for a cake that basically no one ate (lots of full plates of cake thrown away and still 1/2 left) because no one at the party was really interested in mint icing. Luckily not all the kids showed up that were going to and my sister had enough cupcakes that we could give those to the kids. Their stuff is very good. So basically only use them if you can stop in the store in person and verify that they have a ticket for your order or if you have time to call in several times to verify that they are aware of your order. I've been having a busy/rough fall/winter so I just didn't have the time to chase someone around. My son also has a peanut allergy so I HAVE to buy from a peanut free bakery or make it which I didn't have time...
Read moreI drove over an hour to take my daughter here for her birthday. She has a peanut allergy and has really never been to any kind of bakery because of it. The staff was pleasant and there was a variety of cupcakes to order from. They also had some packaged cookies, cake, pops, sprinkles, and other related cake items for sale. It is a very small location, but the cupcakes were excellent. We ordered half dozen assorted cupcakes and they were all delicious. The cupcakes are small to average in size and most have fillings. The cannoli was so delicious! I recommend grabbing a fork if youâre going to eat them in your car. There is really nowhere to sit inside or outside. Itâs strictly a pick up location. Ironically, we heard Another customer had also driven an hour to get there. I will definitely be back! I hope their business continues to grow, and they can find a larger location With seating. I suspect a lot of people drive pretty far to get there because finding a nut free bakery is very difficult. So happy to have...

My husband took his mother to this bakery today for her birthday, and she was ecstatic because as someone with severe allergies, being able to find somewhere that is nut free is very exciting.
Watch out if this rude employee (because I canât imagine the owner would be SO condenscending) is working when you go in, because the woman who served my mother in law today was entirely rude. My mother was excited and had many questions about the menu and the spread because she has never been somewhere that catered to her allergies. The woman answering her questions was short and rude with all of her responses which definitely rubbed my family the wrong way.
Although the sweet themselves were good, the attitude of the woman was sour and I hope she feels good about herself knowing that she talked down to customers who were just excited to...
