Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth

I typically have not had a bad experience here. When i went on 6/4/23 this happened. we've been using this dunks for 4 years. I brought a group of special needs adults into one of their fav spots for coffee. We walked into the dunks on south st and a female staff screamed across the counter as we entered the doors "the lobby is closed get out now I am not kidding" and her face was very unpleasant and my guys were shocked from how loud she was and I looked right at her and I said that is absolutely not acceptable and how you treat humans to which she responded “I don't care leave" And one of my individuals started to cry cuz a stranger at the coffee shop yelled at her. I brought 4 individuals and we immediately turned around and left. 4 people with rights got yelled at over coffee. The doors were unlocked, there was no delay of service signs and customers were being served and cashed out at the register and drive through when this happened. The whole building was quiet as we left and the employee was muttering something we could not hear. I understand a bad day, but the behavior is less than acceptable and that human should have known better. I have parents that heard about this from their loved ones and reached out to corporate and heard nothing. I have written 4 emails with no response. They deserved better. They go out to enjoy coffee. I went to this location on Saturday 3/19/2022 at 12:23p, The manager ( scruffy looking man with a long scraggly beard dirty looking jeans that hung way below his waist) was very unprofessional, he was yelling at the staff and was very loud, an employee name Shea apparently spilled something and he was yelling at her to “ Clean that up now “, I felt so bad for the young lady she was almost in tears and obviously embarrassed, another young lady Alanna was serving me and she looked so unhappy that rough looking man was targeting her as well, both ladies were very nice to me and smiled as best as they could. I will never go into that Dunks again, that manager is not a nice person, he is mean and his appearance was disgusting, his straggly beard was hanging over customers food and he kept pulling up his jeans. I will tell my friends and family to stay away from this dunks, and my advice to Allana and Shea is to RUN as far away that dunks and find a job where they will be respected. SHAME on the person who hired that...

This was the WORST dunkin I have ever been too my whole life. I ordered a very simple ordered a snack & go wrap, blueberry muffin, a LARGE blueberry coffee and a plain bagel toasted with CREAM CHEESE. They gave me a plain bagel NO cream cheese and a Medium coffee. It clearly said on the receipt exactly what I ordered I got charged for a large got a Medium and charged for the extra cream cheese and didn't receive it. They had ONE job get the order right and give you what you ordered and they can't even do that right. Then they complain they get minimum wage- you get paid minimum wage because you can't even properly do your job. The worst service I have ever revieved in my life. If you like your orders...
