Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Plymouth

Food is always delicious from jets. My main complaint comes from a poor experience with a driver on the road right outside this location. He blew a stop sign and cut me off, when I beeped to let him know and express my obvious upset he proceeded to get out of his car and cuss me out. He must’ve realized he still had the jets sign on top of his car as he quickly got back in his car and drove off while muttering obscenities at me. I called this location which denied having a driver in the vehicle I described. They claimed it may be someone from the new Hope location. I called this location as well and they also denied having a driver in such a vehicle. While I’m unsure who is lying, the fact stands that a man in a silver or tan (can’t remember as I was more focused on a man getting out of his car and approaching me while cursing at me) sedan harassed me and there is unfortunately no resolution to this case. First timer here to Jet’s tonight. After savoring my first 8 corner pizza prepared with loving care by Michael at 10:30 pm on a Friday night, I am now an official Jet’s convert! And ohhh man, what an amazing pie!! The only thing better than the pizza was the terrific and helpful Michael. His genuine enthusiasm for Jet’s was evident and he seemed truly excited to make my very first pizza here perfect. As a former restaurant GM, I can tell you that finding an employee like Michael is incredibly rare. So personable and puts a lot of love and pride into his work. He is an absolute gem and I encourage the owners to give this young man a significant pay increase so he will stick around. We love Jets pizza, but their online pricing is deceiving. We tried ordering an 8-corner Detroit-style pizza online, which was listed as $18.99. The toppings we chose were pepperoni, extra sauce, and we also requested the Turbo crust. None of these options showed any price increase next to them. After making our selections, suddenly the price jumped to $23.99 without any itemization showing the breakdown in cost increase to show exactly why the price increased $5. We called the store and were told that because we added extra sauce, that was the reason the price increased. $5 for extra sauce!! That is ridiculous, and the fact that they try to sneak the price increase through is super shady. We won't be ordering from Jets again until they can be more up front with the cost.
