GODAWFUL DINNER 6PM-10PM. Disclaimer about the 1 star before i begin: Breakfast crew here IS AMAZING. Coffee is always fresh, all the food items are great and they are fast. Dinner crew on the other hand....
I eat a LOT of McD so I'm pretty good and judging if a place is good or not, and let me tell you - This place has taken an absolute nosedive in the past 2-3 months, which is quite a shame as I've gone here for 10 years or so. Three separate occasions i've went between 6pm and 10pm and have had to spit out the meat because it tastes rancid. These people dont even know how to make a McDouble. I order mine plain, which makes it braindead simple - bun, patty, cheese, patty, bun, wrap it. But they like put it on the grill and melt the cheese on, put things in the wrong order, the wrappers are messy and have all kinds of other ingredients in there that shouldn't be on them, they don't toast the buns...just all kinds of ultra basic mistakes... that's just not how it's done at all, that on top of the fact that the meat literally tastes rancid. All three occasions I'm referring to i've spit out the meat, thrown the rest away, and done a chargeback because I don't have to pay for that sad excuse for a product. Not a clue what happened to this place but the owner should take a look at the personnel changes within the last 3 months and seriously consider cleaning house. The vanilla shakes always taste strawberry at this location too. Just all around really bad, shockingly bad, at simple things too. I can only imagine the atrocities with more complex orders than I get for myself. Meanwhile other similar restaurants nearby have been increasing their food quality, hiring better people and renovating. I'll stick to going to those places instead, absolutely done with non-breakfast from this location. Read moreI have been coming to this McDonalds since the summer of 2016. I am writing because I ordered from the McDonalds mobile app ( which is very much broken) why make a mobile app that is not functionable? I always seem to have a problem using this app, after today, I am done using this app anymore.
I placed 2 orders (1st order for myself and the 2nd order for my niece) which I paid for both orders via the moble app in advance. When I got to the store the employee confirmed my name and my mobile order. This is when things got worse. They said they had no record of my 1st order and that the 2nd order was not paid for. It took 3 employees there, a regular employee, assistant manager and the manager I believe. The young lady employee was just standing there, she did not seem to understand how to use the cash register. So after paying for the 2 orders (already in advance with the app), I paid for the 2nd order via my credit card., because they claimed the 2 orders were not paid for. With them again not aware of my 1st order, only the 2nd order, they were aware of.
Myself, my niece and my sister were here at this restaurant and the staff was so incompetent, they thought I ordered my sister a chicken sandwich, which I did not. Also, they caused us to wait 25 minutes.
If my credit card shows 2 charges for those 2 orders I will dispute it. I will tell them the McDonald`s mobile app caused this and II will not authorize those charges. Beware of using the mobile app!!

Read moreThe old foreign guy that manages this location needs to retire. He and his staff can't keep up with orders the second more than a couple customers show up. I've been there twice since starting to work nearby. Both times took me over 10 minutes to get my food. This second time it took me 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by an employee. When I finally was acknowledged, it was to tell me that their ice coffee machine was having an issue. They offered me one of their other sugar filled hot drinks that my Diabetic self can't have and didnt want on a 90 degree day. When I declined and asked for a refund, he said the order was already placed and he refused to give a refund. I walked out without my food, drink, or refund. Upon contacting corporate, I received an email a week later from the manager stating he'd be happy to refund me but I'd have to come to the store to get it. Why not just offer that when I asked for it? Why force me to waste more of my time contacting corporate? Why the hell would I waste EVEN MORE of my time by driving up to the restaurant and dealing with him and his staffs incompetence? There's little doubt that had I gone back up I'd spend another 10+ minutes in the lobby waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence. I haven't been back since and won't be back ever. I happily drive an extra 5 minutes to another location, knowing my net time spent getting food will be less than if i had chosen to go to this location. Absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service. Staff should be changed out from the top down or just shut this...
