I would have loved to give a 5 star to this business. They make a great Greek salad! However, there is a young man in a leadership position here who seems to be struggling with how to provide good customer service. And it really impacted the entire experience. My salad was missing tomatoes. When I brought it to his attention he shrugged and said, “yeah they usually come on it.” And walked away. Not even an apology…Let alone correcting the situation. It was also very problematic to have him spraying cleaner right next to us as we ate. It’s not bad when a table is just wiped down with a diluted bleach solution, but he was spraying some kind of very offensive cleaner onto the table behind us. My coat was on the back of my chair. After hurrying out to get away from the strong smell I could still smell it once in my car. I then realized it had sprayed onto my coat too :( These are, to me, basic things in the service industry that should never happen (particularly with a manager of sorts, which he seemed to present himself as). These were the really troubling things. But it was also not great to not be allowed to substitute extra veggies on my salad when I was omitting half of the others due to digestive needs. Instead you are still charged. I’m really not sure if ownership is aware that this is the level of customer service being experienced here, so I wanted to be sure to leave a review so that they know and can implement improvements if they choose to. I wasnt surprised to see another review about the horrible customer service! The food is decent. Not great, not always fresh but it’s good for the price. It’s also in walking distance from where I work. I consider myself a regular. and I do carry out, over the phone. I know modern tipping culture is crazy but this is ridiculous! And which is why I will not be returning. I have been asked to provide tips on my phone- in carry out orders every time I’ve called within last few months! Actually, I shouldn’t say every time, it’s only one young lady who does this. But it really bothers me. She’s got long dark hair and glasses.She’s just plain rude and I know she knows who I am when I come in to pick up the order. So I know what was said yesterday was on purpose. yesterday I called in an order an She forgot to hang up the phone. Or maybe she wanted me to hear? I heard her say “ it’s that B! who never tips.” I couldn’t make out what the next person said. But then she says, “yeah, but this is food. She should be worried... oh Sh! the phone..” Sorry, I should NEVER have to worry about my food safety, whether I tip or not, so I won’t be going back. The girls at the counter were nice and helpful. I am gluten free so it's nice to have knowledgeable staff. Almost anything here is gluten free or can be put on a gluten free pita. I tried the Chicken Lemon Rice soup with Falafel. I also tried the Chicken Shawarma with a side of hummus. Everything was fantastic. It tasted fresh and delicious. This was my first time having Mediterranean food and I can now say it's one of my favorite types of cuisine. Both pita wraps were made a combo and it was a good amount of food for under $20. I will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone.

Also, while I was eating there was an older gentleman that had a cane and walked in real slow. The girl at the counter saw he was leaving and volunteered to hold the door for him as he left. It's nice to see when people go out of their way to help others, especially elders. And it says a lot about the character of the person and the place.
