I've been to this location mutiple times, but I've never have been so disrespected. First off I went through the drive thru, paid, got my food. Everything was fine. I bit into my burrito I realized it wasn't what I ordered. I went back through the drive thru, stating I got the wrong burrito. The man working the drive thru was very polite not rude at all. The manager went on the speaker YELLING AT ME in the middle of me speaking to the drive thru guy. The manager yelled at me to pull up to the window. So I did so. I get up to the window realizing I ordered the wrong thing. As I figure this out the manager is yelling almost screaming at me, "WHAT DO YOU WANT! WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" As I'm talking to the drive thru man stating how I was sorry multiple times. The Manger is still yelling at me, "what do you want!" I tell them I wanted a 5 layer burrito with no sour cream, no beans. They made it for me, of which I appreciated. As I'm waiting he yells again, " DO YOU WANT TOMATOES!? ASK HER IF SHE WANTS TOMATOES! NOW!" Confused, I tell the drive thru man, "No tomatoes please." Tomatoes dont even come on the five layer. I get my burrito. Before I can even say thank you, the manager yells, "THERE YOU GO! BYE! GO NOW!" Honestly after that I felt so belittled. I bit into my burrito only to taste the part where they put sour cream and bean. After I stated multiple times no sour cream, no beans. I will never go there! I'm dealing with my third concussion in 8 months. So I become confused and forget easily of which are side affects. Not their problem, but being practically screamed at is NOT okay whatsoever! I cried all...

Read moreOrdering food at this Taco Bell location seems fine. There are many people working there, & not just teenagers from WHS. The steakhouse burrito is good but seems a tad overpriced. It is similar to Subway across the parking lot & Panera Bread next door & McDonald’s a few blocks down the street - it’s a fast food restaurant! Feel free to come here often, folks of Plymouth.
Nice manager. I love the chalupas. Cashier doesn’t seem to have a daily nervous breakdown like the Target employee guy keeps having. I don’t know how they do it! Everybody is polite & helpful. Taco Bell is great! Ordered a steak burrito today & the cashier gave me a beef burrito instead. Also a rude comment from an overweight female cashier wearing glasses
