Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Plymouth

It's a beautiful store with a lovely atmosphere and modern look. There are plenty of outlets, too, which is nice. However, don't rely on the staff opening the store on time. Everything online says they open at 5 M-F, but three of my (non-holiday) visits now have resulted in me deciding to go somewhere else because they weren't open. The most recent time this happened, I got there at 6:10 (an hour and ten minutes after the posted opening time), saw a staff member drive up at 6:20, and finally entered the store when they opened it up at 6:45. While I waited, I saw at least ten other cars drive by, look confused when they realized it wasn't open, and leave. After I got my drink and stayed in the store, the staff members hung out on their phones while the bakery case...

Placed online order and it went through but when we went to pick it up the store was closed. They said they would credit me back what I paid but I did not see it in my app. I paid with my app. So I called and they told me they couldn’t credit me back but would put a free drink on my account.
