Starbucks — Restaurant in Plymouth

This is the worse Starbucks I ever go to. There service are very bad. Especially the old lady that work there and consider herself a manager. I order a ice triple espres. Like the drinks in the picture i show it to her. She didn’t make it right so I asked her to remake it for me. . I don’t know what get into her at the moment she was rude and mean to me. Starbuck rule costumers name have to be in the cup. She didn’t put the lable or my name on the drink. I talk to her in a nice way but she still mad and angry. I feel it is not necessary to tip for a service that you already get paid for unless its waiter or waitress or common sense things but to tip a person pouring a cup of coffee or making a drink with ice seems over board and is asking for way too much. However today I order two things and they/she still forget one. Of course when I didn't tip today I get the attitude look. And of course they forget my daughters cake pop. I guess the reason for the non tipping is because you can not even remember two things and no one else was in line. Wow, that's sad!!! Date of Incident: 9/29/2025 420pm. Lazy person...
