Never have I enjoyed a meal more than at this fine establishment. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by smiling workers and a beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite enchanting, and I found myself staying far past my mealtime simply enjoying myself. Initially a line was formed inside, however it went quickly, and upon ordering it was seamless and quick. I ordered the “Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich” along with a cup of “Broccoli Cheddar” soup, food was prepared frighteningly fast, and came piping hot. Upon biting into my sandwich I had but one thought, if this was my final meal, I would die a happy man. The flavors of the perfectly prepared bacon combining with the perfectly prepared turkey was enough to bring me to my knees, weeping tears of joy. The soup was next, and upon tasting its beautiful, creamy broth, I had the same revelation. Due to the meal’s deliciousness I finished it in the blink of an eye. Afterwords I sought out the chef(s), as it would be a sin to not thank the masters behind such scrumptious creations. I quickly found them, two youngins’ by the name of Christine and Nina, my gratitude to these two cannot be understated, it was truly a life changing experience that filled a hole in me I didn’t know existed. If I could give my experience at Panera Bread 16875 County Rd 24, Plymouth, MN 55447 more than five stars I absolutely would, however I am bound by the limitations of the review system so five...
Read moreFirst things first I wanna say if your were thinking of applying here don’t let me tell you why. You only get a break if you work a 6hr shift or more, my mother who is diabetic can not go that long without eating she can only work 5hrs shifts and they refuse to give her a break. If she doesn’t eat for a long amount of time she can get very sick. Also she is Barely ever able to leave her register to go to the restroom, there has been multiple times that she was barely able or almost not at all able to go the bathroom. That is not okay Panera Bread for you to deny your employees a 15mins break if they don’t work 6hrs or more . At point of my mother’s employment she almost passed out because she was not given a break because she only worked a 5hr shift and the managers told her you only get a break if you work 6hrs or more even after she explained she is diabetic.
And here’s so extra information about this specific Panera bread I can not speak about others
the cookies that they give you for the inconvenience of you waiting overly long for you food to be made is cookies from the day before that should be thrown away Also the bakery part they put a fan facing the bakery so that flies don’t continue to fly on the...
Read moreOf all the times I've been to Panera, I've never had a issue. Everyone is always polite and helpful. I got take out, my food was ready to go when I got there! Got home and started to eat my food since I didn't eat in the last 24 hours. I dug into my salad the greens tasted as if the temperature it sat in was too cold. It was like they were frozen. The egg tasted fake (as it probably was). I didn't care about any of that, because I was too hungry. All of a sudden, I seen a hair wrapped around my fork. Not a big deal, it grossed me out, but it happens. I called to let them aware of my situation. The person seemed very rushed and did not seem to take the time to LISTEN! At one point during the phone call it sounded like he burpped into the phone. He did offer to send me a voucher for a pick two instead of another salad. Not a big deal. I appreciated it. He misheard my name and my address. I told him that my name was wrong. He came off as annoyed. I asked him politely if he could repeat my address because it sounded wrong. So again he came off as annoyed and I corrected my address. He did quickly apologized for the issue at the end of the call. For being a manager I did not feel he had very well...
