Prompted to review again, I see I previously rated 3 stars - that's still pretty accurate. The chain store is fine, but this particular location has its troubles. I've been here 3 times in the last week, and the same stocking carts are all over in the aisles, plus new ones, making it difficult to look at products. Aisles are mislabeled/differ from what the website says for this location.
The two worst factors for me are cleanliness and orderliness, as in, those are non-existent. The floors are filthy. I bent down to pick up a handful of markers that someone decided not to put away, and it looks like the floor has not been properly cleaned in several months. Trying to purchase open stock artist pens, markers, and pencils was very difficult since most of the stock was not in its proper place.
I never see any employees here, except MAYBE one at the front register - but that's not a given. Self checkout is fine, except the time I wanted to use cash and there was no one around. On second thought, I have to change my rating to 2 stars. This is the closest craft store to me, but I'll likely go elsewhere...

Read morePlaced an online order around 12:30PM, online it stated order would be ready for pick up by 4. Never heard from them, so I called to check the status (4:30PM), I was told they were too busy and short staffed and that they would get to it, there were 4 other online orders ahead of me. 4 plus hours later still nothing so I called again. This time I was told my order would not be ready today, instead sometime tomorrow. I explained to her that I order 7 garland, and that I needed to know if they had them , so I knew if I had to check another store (was 70% off, and sale was ending today). She asked for the item number and then told me they didn't have that many, but wouldn't tell me how many. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time...
